Welcome to a luxurious completely renovated house with a lakeside location by the Väddö canal and a lovely SPA facility downstairs! The house was completely renovated this spring; 2021 and is very tastefully decorated with harmonious colors and textiles throughout the house. There is a double room with attached bathroom upstairs and a children's room, downstairs there is a separate home with bed (140cm), sofa and kitchen area, with access to the lower terrace where you can grill if you want. The owners do not want the upper terrace to be grilled as it is made of wood. The kitchen is modern and spacious with dishwasher, space for 6 people to eat at. Downstairs there is also a SPA, bathroom with bath and another shower, also washing machine. On the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the morning sun and the view of Väddö canal. There are plenty of swimming opportunities on both sides of the Väddö canal. Hallstavik and Grisslehamn are nice excursion destinations. If you play golf, there are many golf courses nearby.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Doppelzimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad und ein Kinderzimmer, im Parterre eine separate Wohneinheit mit 140 cm breitem Schlafplatz, bequemer Couch und Küchenbereich, mit Zugang zur unteren Terrasse, wo Sie grillen können. Die Eigentümer möchten nicht, dass auf der oberen Terrasse gegrillt wird, da diese aus Holz besteht. Die Küche ist modern und geräumig mit Spülmaschine und Essplatz für sechs Personen. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich auch der SPA-Bereich; ein luxuriöses Badezimmer mit Whirlpool, extra Dusche sowie Waschmaschine. Auf der schönen Terrasse können Sie die Morgensonne und den Ausblick zum den Väddö-Kanal genießen. An beiden Seiten des Väddö-Kanals findet man zahlreiche Bademöglichkeiten. Hallstavik und Grisslehamn sind schöne Ausflugsziele. Wenn Sie Golf spielen, gibt es viele Golfplätze in der Nähe.

Hay una habitación doble con baño adjunto en la planta superior y una habitación para niños, la planta baja está disponible como una casa separada con cama (140cm), sofá cama y área de cocina, con acceso a la terraza inferior donde también se puede asar si lo desea. Dom został całkowicie odnowiony wiosną tego roku; 2021 i jest bardzo gustownie udekorowana harmonijnymi kolorami i tkaninami w całym domu. Na piętrze znajduje się pokój dwuosobowy z dołączoną łazienką i pokój dziecięcy, na dole jest dostępny jako osobny dom z łóżkiem (140cm), rozkładaną sofą i aneksem kuchennym, z wyjściem na dolny taras, gdzie można również grillować, jeśli chcesz. Właściciele nie chcą, aby górny taras był grillowany, ponieważ jest wykonany z drewna. Kuchnia jest nowoczesna i przestronna ze zmywarką dla 6 osób.
