Zudem praktisches Gäste-WC im Haus. Bad und WC sind beide mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Alle Betten im Haus wurden 2017 erneuert. Im Außenbereich findet man auf dem offenen Rasengrundstück Schaukel und Sandkasten für die Kleinsten. Es gibt sowohl eine offene als auch eine überdachte Terrasse am Haus für sonnige Tage.
