Badezimmer mit Zugang zur Sauna. Zur technischen Ausstattung gehören u.a. TV mit DVD-Player und deutschen Sendern zur Auswahl sowie schnelles WLAN. Das Ferienhaus wird mittels Elektroheizung, energieeffizienter Luft-Luft-Wärmepumpe und Holzofen beheizt. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und zudem einen Hems oben unter dem Dach, der als Spielfläche und Versteck für größere Kinder dienen kann. Im Außenbereich schön abgeschirmtes Rasengrundstück mit nach Süden ausgerichteter Sonnenterrasse mit hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln. Für Kleinkinder sind es nur etwa 150 m zum nächsten Spielplatz.
