Das Grundstück ist von Büschen und Bäumen umgeben und daher zu den Nachbarn hin gut abgeschirmt. An beiden Hausseiten gibt es eine überdachte Terrasse für gemütliche Stunden im Freien. Das Ferienhaus wird bei Bedarf mittels Holzofen oder klimafreundlicher Wärmepumpe beheizt und ist hell und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Außenbereich stehen für Spiel und Spaß der Kinder ein abgesenktes Gartentrampolin (Nutzung nur auf eigenes Risiko) sowie Sandkasten, Schaukel und eine Feuerstelle für ein gemütliches Lagerfeuer zur Verfügung.
