Welcome to this spacious holiday home in beautiful Stöten, near Sälen! The house is well-equipped, featuring a sauna and a whirlpool, and set close to the scenic fells of Sälen. The interior of the house is light and airy with an open-plan kitchen and living room/dining room. The living room features a wood-burning stove and a TV with cable channels. There's also a second living room on the second floor, with a TV and a sofa bed for two. There are three bedrooms in the house. The one on the bottom floor features a double bed. On the second floor there's one bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles. There are three bathrooms on the bottom floor, one of which features a whirlpool, a washing machine, a drying cabinet, and a sauna. The area is excellent for hiking and, in the wintertime, for skiing. Sälen is Sweden's most popular skiing resort and there's a ski run 50 metres, by car, from the house.Other popular places are JibbArena, The ski cross run, and BigAirBar with a very good lift system and ski runs for all levels. During the winter ski season, there's shops, restaurants, bars, and a bakery open in Stöten. During the summer the closest service town is Sälen, 35 kilometres away. The nearby streams and rivers are rife with fish. The lake Närsjön is 15 kilometres away and great for swimming and fishing. Viele Aktivitätsangebote für die ganze Familie in der Umgebung! Im Sommer kann man die langen Tage und Abende sowie die herrlichen Wanderpfade im Gebirge ringsum genießen. Sälenfjällen ist das südlichste Gebirge Schwedens, durch das u.a. die Wanderrouten Södra Kungsleden und Vasaloppsleden führen. Schnüren Sie die Wanderstiefel und begeben Sie sich hinaus in die Natur, um die frische, saubere Luft zu genießen. Unterwegs kann man am Bach nach Forelle angeln oder Beeren und Pilze suchen. Im Winter sind es nur ca. 300 m vom Haus zum nächsten Skilift Soltorgets. Via Transportstrecke, ca. 50 m zum nächsten Skihügel. Stöten gilt als attraktivstes Skigebiet von Sälen, mit mehreren Pisten die sich für die ganze Familie eignen. Außerdem findet man hier u.a. JibbArena, Skicrossbana und BigAirBar sowie ein ausgebautes Liftsystem, das die Wartezeiten einschränkt. Die Pisten liegen nahe beieinander, damit die Familie zusammen bleiben kann.
