Inside the entrance on the ground floor you have a bedroom, family room with fold-down bed (140cm), storage facilities where there are also 2 extra beds, bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs you have the heart of the house. Here you sit and eat a good dinner or relax on the sofa in front of the fire while sitting up among the treetops. You also have the kitchen directly connected here, so you can socialize all the time. There is also a bathroom on the upper level. Both bathrooms have a shower. You have a sofa bed in the living room. From the upper level, you have the opportunity to step out onto two larger balconies via large, lovely glass partitions. You will be happy to sit here for a long time! A favorite place where you like to have coffee or a glass of wine to round off the day. There is much to do in Skåne and Blekinge within a reasonable distance. Only in Åhus you have padel, mini golf, tennis courts and much more. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have as much beauty as possible. Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpsjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center and Kristianstad Golf Club. At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. If you've had enough of fresh water and want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Skåne, Yngsjöstrand is ideally located. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more. The villa is located on the same plot as the small cottage in the picture. You can therefore book both if you want. The smaller cottage has house number: 50863. The both houses share plot which is 1400 sq.m. Verbringen Sie hier erholsame Urlaubstage in dieser Villa mit herrlicher Aussicht, mehreren Sitzplätzen im Freien und einem großen Grundstück! Im Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer, ein Familienzimmer mit Klappbett (140 cm), Abstellmöglichkeiten, ein Badezimmer und eine Waschküche. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie den offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Ess- nund Sitzecke für das Familienleben. Entspannen Sie sich auf dem Sofa vor dem Kamin, während Sie in die Baumwipfel blicken. Es gibt auch ein Badezimmer auf der oberen Ebene. Beide Badezimmer verfügen über eine Dusche. Sie haben ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Bei Vaxsjön besteht auch die Möglichkeit, gegen eine geringe Gebühr ein Boot zu mieten. Wenn Sie genug vom Süßwasser haben und an einem der schönsten Strände in Skåne baden möchten, ist Yngsjöstrand ideal gelegen. Entlang der Küste in Richtung Österlen gibt es auch Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik in Eklaholm und vieles mehr zu sehen. Hier kunt u verblijven in een heerlijke villa met een prachtig uitzicht, diverse balkons en een ruim perceel! In de entree op de begane grond vindt u een slaapkamer, een familiekamer met een opklapbed (140 cm), opbergruimte met twee extra bedden, een badkamer en een wasruimte. Boven vindt u het hart van het huis. Hier kunt u heerlijk eten of ontspannen op de bank voor de open haard, hoog tussen de boomtoppen. De keuken is hier ook direct aan verbonden, zodat u altijd gezellig kunt kletsen. Er is ook een badkamer op de bovenverdieping. Beide badkamers hebben een douche. In de woonkamer staat een slaapbank. Disfrutar de unas semanas de playa inolvidables durante el verano es una experiencia única. Aquí encontrará un entorno maravilloso, excelentes restaurantes, multitud de actividades y, por supuesto, playas fantásticas. ¡Aquí tendrá la oportunidad de alojarse en una preciosa villa con vistas espectaculares, varios balcones y una amplia parcela! En la planta baja, al entrar, encontrará un dormitorio, una sala de estar con cama plegable (140 cm), trastero con espacio para dos camas supletorias, baño y lavandería. Qui avrete l'opportunità di trascorrere il vostro soggiorno in una deliziosa villa con una vista incantevole, diversi balconi e un ampio terreno! Al piano terra si trovano una camera da letto, una camera familiare con letto a scomparsa (140 cm), un ripostiglio dove si trovano anche 2 letti supplementari, un bagno e una lavanderia. Al piano superiore si trova il cuore della casa. Qui potrete sedervi e gustare una buona cena o rilassarvi sul divano davanti al camino, seduti tra le cime degli alberi.
