The cottage has an 18 m2 large swimming pool with space for the family to have fun together, whirlpool for 2 people and a good sauna. The living room has a good wood stove, internet, TV with international channels and DVD player as well as stereo system. In the well-equipped kitchen there is a stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is washer and dryer. There is a heat pump for heating the pool and domestic water as well as heating the house, which provides low consumption costs. The house is continuously modernized and there are four good bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one has a bunk bed. In addition, there is a large loft with TV and with four beds for the kids. There are two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. In the area there is a large playground with i.a. petanque court, mini golf m.m. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie u.a. einen Herd, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle. Im Haus zudem Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Zur Erwärmung des Pools, des Nutzwassers sowie zum Heizen des Hauses wurde eine moderne Wärmepumpe installiert, um die Nebenkosten möglichst niedrig zu halten. Das Ferienhaus wird laufend instand gehalten, z.B. wurden für die Saison 2022 der Pool sowie beide Bäder renoviert. Es stehen vier gute Schlafzimmer, drei davon mit je einem Doppelbett, das vierte mit Etagenbett ausgestattet, zur Verfügung. Außerdem großer Schlafboden/Hems oben unter dem Dach mit TV sowie vier einfacheren Schlafplätzen für Kinder. Das Haus bietet zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Fußbodenheizung, eines zudem mit Zugang zur Sauna. In der Umgebung gibt es einen großen Spielplatz mit Petanquebahn, Minigolf etc. Zum gemütlichen, kleinen Fischerdorf Agger, mit einigen Läden, Gaststätten sowie hohen Dünen und herrlichem Sandstrand, fährt man nur ein kurzes Stück. Le salon dispose d'un bon poêle à bois, d'Internet, d'une télévision avec chaînes internationales et d'un lecteur DVD ainsi que d'une chaîne stéréo. Dans la cuisine bien équipée il y a une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, etc. Il y a laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a une pompe à chaleur pour chauffer la piscine et l'eau sanitaire ainsi que chauffer la maison, ce qui permet de faibles coûts de consommation. La maison est continuellement modernisée et il y a quatre belles chambres, dont trois avec des lits doubles et une avec un lit superposé.
