Von Architektenhand individuell gestaltetes Ferienhaus unmittelbar an der Nordseeküste. Liegt nahe einer kleinen, idyllischen Fischersiedlung an der Nordsee, auf einem weitläufigen Strandgrundstück. Das attraktive Poolhaus bietet direkten Zugang zum nur 10 m entfernten und kilometerlangen, breiten Sandstrand und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der separate Poolraum mit seinem 5 x 3 m großen Becken wird bestimmt ein großer Anziehungspunkt für die ganze Familie. Nebenan im Bad steht eine Sauna bereit. Vom Whirlpool für 2 Pers., der im zweiten Bad untergebracht ist, hat man durch ein Fenster Aussicht auf die Düne am Haus. Schöner Ausblick auch von der oberen Etage zur Küste. Der Alkoven befindet sich oben im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Bei einem Strandspaziergang können Sie unweit beobachten, wie die Fischerboote direkt am Strand anlanden und dort auch fangfrischen Fisch direkt ab Kutter einkaufen. Die Umgebung lädt z.B. zum Angeln oder zu Ausflügen in die Natur ein, wobei man den Ausblick auf die endlose, teils heidebewachsene Dünenlandschaft genießen kann. So dicht am Meer ist ein Aufenthalt in diesem Haus das ganze Jahr über attraktiv. Die Umgebung ist wie geschaffen für Strandspaziergänge. Danach kann man den Urlaubstag in der warmen Sauna oder mit einem guten Buch vor dem Holzofen wunderbar ausklingen lassen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und familienfreundlich. Esta casa de campo diseñada por un arquitecto con piscina, jacuzzi y sauna se encuentra junto al Mar del Norte, en un pequeño pueblo de pescadores, donde todavía se arrastran los barcos en la playa. La casa tiene una parcela de playa muy grande y hay aprox. 10 m hasta el agua. Hay una piscina de 5x3 m, así como una bañera de hidromasaje y una sauna, que es agradable para calentar en la parte superior de un largo paseo por el agua. Desde la ventana del dormitorio se puede ver cuando los botes son llevados a tierra, las muchas dunas cubiertas de brezos y las olas del Mar del Norte, que están justo afuera de la puerta. La alcoba está en el 1er piso de la casa. Lea un buen libro mientras el fuego crepita en la estufa o contemple las dunas y el mar a través de las ventanas panorámicas. Ce cottage d'architecte avec piscine, bain à remous et sauna est situé au bord de la mer du Nord, dans un petit village de pêcheurs, où l'on tire encore les bateaux sur la plage. Le chalet a un très grand terrain de plage et il y a env. 10 m de l'eau. Il y a une piscine de 5x3 m ainsi qu'un bain à remous et un sauna, où il fait bon se réchauffer après une longue promenade au bord de l'eau. De la fenêtre de la chambre, vous pouvez voir lorsque les bateaux sont tirés à terre, les nombreuses dunes recouvertes de bruyère et les vagues déferlantes de la mer du Nord, qui se trouvent juste devant la porte. L'alcôve est au 1er étage de la maison. Lisez un bon livre pendant que le feu crépite dans le poêle ou regardez les dunes et la mer à travers les fenêtres panoramiques. Dans la belle région pittoresque où se trouve le chalet, tout respire la paix et l'idylle. Depuis le chalet, il y a un accès direct à la plage longue d'un kilomètre, d'où vous avez également la possibilité de pêcher et de profiter des dunes protégées. Il cottage ha un terreno molto grande sulla spiaggia e ci sono ca. 10 m dall'acqua. C'è una piscina 5x3 m, nonché una vasca idromassaggio e una sauna, che è piacevole riscaldarsi in cima a una lunga passeggiata lungo l'acqua. Dalla finestra della camera da letto puoi vedere quando le barche vengono tirate a terra, le numerose dune ricoperte di erica e le onde impetuose del Mare del Nord, che sono proprio fuori dalla porta. Domek posiada bardzo dużą działkę plażową, na której jest ok. 10 m do wody. Do dyspozycji jest basen o wymiarach 5x3 m oraz jacuzzi i sauna, w których można się rozgrzać po długim spacerze nad wodą. Z okna sypialni widać, kiedy łodzie są wyciągane na brzeg, wiele porośniętych wrzosami wydm i rwące fale Morza Północnego, które znajdują się tuż za drzwiami.
