No letting to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Eine erstattungsfähige Kaution kann näher zum Check-in-Datum erhoben werden. Diese Kaution deckt den Verbrauch von Nebenkosten während Ihres Aufenthalts sowie eventuell in Anspruch genommene Zusatzleistungen ab. Der endgültige Betrag wird auf Grundlage der tatsächlichen Zählerstände, der tatsächlichen Nutzung von Zusatzleistungen angepasst und ein verbleibender Restbetrag wird innerhalb von 21 Tagen nach dem Check-out zurückerstattet.
