Es stehen im Haus zwei Schlafzimmer sowie zwei weitere Schlafplätze nebenan im gemütlichen Nebengebäude/Annex zur Verfügung. Im Außenbereich findet man schöne Terrassenflächen mit Schutz vor Wind und Einblicken, auf denen man in aller Ruhe ein Buch lesen oder ein kaltes Getränk in der Sonne genießen kann. Das Naturgrundstück ist etwa zur Hälfte eingezäunt. Hinter dem Haus gibt es naturschöne, kleine Pfade zu entdecken. Im Schuppen findet man z.B. Platz für mitgebrachte Fahrräder. Hay tres buenos dormitorios, dos de los cuales se encuentran en un acogedor anexo. En las terrazas de la casa, donde siempre encontrarás refugio, podrás leer un libro en paz y tranquilidad o disfrutar de una fría copa de vino rosado al sol. Además, hay vallado en la mitad de la parcela y detrás de la casa hay pequeños sistemas de caminos. En el cobertizo hay i.a. espacio para bicicletas. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes.
