The cabin is pleasantly and tastefully furnished on one level with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom with underfloor heating and an environmental toilet. 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a family bunk that is 1.20 m wide downstairs and a single bunk upstairs. Loft with 2 single beds. In the living room, there is a wood-burning stove/fireplace that provides pleasant warmth on cold days. From the cabin and the terrace there is a great view of the water. Here, you can fish for trout and salmon by purchasing a fishing license. The salmon goes up to the waterfall just above the cabin. A small rowing boat for a maximum of 2 people is located by the cabin and can be used on the water, while another rowing boat can be used on the water above the waterfall. A large wilderness area surrounds the cabin and provides great opportunities for fishing trips and hikes in the forest and mountains. Parking space at the cabin. 16 km to colonial shop and restaurant.

Herrliches Reiseziel für Urlauber die gerne nach Lachs und Forelle angeln und in den Wäldern und Bergen wandern möchten. Kleines Ruderboot inklusive. Das Haus liegt leicht erhöht und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet einen gemütlichen, offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben, inklusive Essecke und Holzofen für kühlere Abende. Außerdem Bad mit Dusche, angenehmer Fußbodenheizung und umweltfreundlicher Biotoilette sowie zwei Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit sogenannter Familienkoje mit 120 cm Liegefläche unten und schmalerer Koje darüber. Zudem offener Hems oben unter der Dachschräge mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen und Fenster. Von Haus und Terrasse davor genießen Sie herrlichen Ausblick zu See und Gebirge. An den Gewässern in der Umgebung kann nach Forelle und Lachs geangelt werden, ein Angelschein ist hierfür allerdings erforderlich. Die Lachse wandern gleich außerhalb des Hauses den Wasserlauf hinauf. Ein kleines Ruderboot für max. 2 Personen liegt unten am Ufer vor dem Haus bereit und kann für Angelausflüge auf dem kleineren See genutzt werde. Ein weiteres Ruderboot kann im See oberhalb des Wasserfalls genutzt werden. Eine große Naturfläche umgibt das Haus und bietet großartige Möglichkeiten für wunderbare Angeltouren und Wanderungen weiter durch Wälder und Gebirge. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort am Ferienhaus. Con una ubicación idílica junto a un pequeño lago de pesca en Melkedalen, esta agradable casa de campo se encuentra en una parcela forestal tranquila y soleada. Gran complejo para quienes desean pescar truchas y salmones y caminar a pie por los bosques y las montañas. Barco incluido. La cabaña es agradable y está decorada con buen gusto en un nivel con sala de estar, cocina, baño con calefacción por suelo radiante y WC ambiental. 2 dormitorios, uno con 2 camas individuales y otro con litera familiar de 1,20 m de ancho en la planta baja y una litera en la planta superior. Loft con 2 camas individuales. En la sala de estar hay una estufa / chimenea de leña que proporciona un calor agradable incluso en los días fríos. Desde la cabaña y la terraza hay excelentes vistas del agua. El curso de agua tiene varios lagos y ríos. Aquí se pueden pescar truchas y salmones que remontan el curso de agua contra la compra de una licencia de pesca. El salmón sube a la cascada justo encima de la cabaña. Le cours d'eau compte plusieurs lacs et rivières. Ici, vous pouvez pêcher la truite et le saumon qui remontent le cours d'eau contre l'achat d'un permis de pêche. Le saumon monte jusqu'à la cascade juste au-dessus de la cabane. Un petit bateau à rames pour un maximum de 2 personnes est situé près de la cabine et peut être utilisé dans l'eau. Un autre bateau à rames peut être utilisé dans l'eau au-dessus de la cascade. Soppalco con 2 letti singoli. Nel soggiorno è presente una stufa/camino a legna che fornisce un calore confortevole anche nelle giornate fredde. Dal cottage e dalla terrazza si ha una splendida vista sull'acqua. Il corso d'acqua ha diversi laghi e fiumi. Qui si possono pescare trote e salmoni che risalgono il corso d'acqua a fronte dell'acquisto di una licenza di pesca. Il salmone sale fino alla cascata appena sopra la capanna. Una piccola barca a remi per un massimo di 2 persone si trova accanto alla cabina e può essere utilizzata in acqua. Un'altra barca a remi può essere utilizzata nell'acqua sopra la cascata. Una vasta area selvaggia circonda il cottage e offre grandi opportunità per la pesca meravigliosa e le escursioni nei boschi e sulle montagne.
