Charmantes Ferienhaus auf zwei Etagen im wunderschönen regionalen Naturpark Luberon. Sie verfügen über einen angenehmen Poolbereich mit Blick auf die Hügel, eine schattige Terrasse mit Gasgrill für Ihre Mahlzeiten mit mediterranem Geschmack und eine Lounge-Sitzgruppe, um Ihre lauen Sommertage bei einem Aperitif ausklingen zu lassen. Die Inneneinrichtung besteht im Erdgeschoss aus einem großen Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ebenerdiger Dusche. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein drittes Schlafzimmer ohne Tür mit einem geschlossenen Badezimmer und einem kleinen Balkon. Großer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Grambois liegt im südlichen Teil des Luberon, nur wenige Autominuten von einem wunderschön angelegten Badeteich mit einem Restaurant, Tennisplätzen und Tretbooten entfernt. Entdecken Sie die alten provenzalischen Dörfer der Region wie Ansouis (15 km), Cucuron (16 km), Lourmarin oder Bonnieux (35 km), die zu den schönsten Dörfern Frankreichs zählen. Encantadora casa de vacaciones de dos plantas en el hermoso parque natural regional de Luberon. Dispone de una agradable zona de piscina con vistas a las colinas, una terraza a la sombra con barbacoa de gas para sus comidas con sabor mediterráneo y una zona de estar para terminar sus cálidos días de verano con un aperitivo. El interior consta en la planta baja de un amplio salón-comedor con cocina americana, dos dormitorios y un cuarto de baño con bañera y ducha a ras de suelo. Arriba hay un tercer dormitorio sin puerta con cuarto de baño cerrado y un pequeño balcón. Amplia plaza de aparcamiento en la propiedad. Grambois se encuentra en la parte sur del Luberon, a pocos minutos en coche de un estanque de natación bellamente ajardinado con un restaurante, pistas de tenis y botes a pedales. Descubra los antiguos pueblos provenzales de la región como Ansouis (15 km), Cucuron (16 km), Lourmarin o Bonnieux (35 km), que figuran entre los pueblos más bonitos de Francia. ¡Una visita a la ciudad festival de Aix-en-Provence también es muy recomendable durante una estancia en la región!
Charmante maison sur deux étages située dans le magnifique Parc naturel régional du Luberon. Vous disposez à l'extérieur d'un agréable espace piscine avec une jolie vue sur les collines, d'une terrasse ombragée avec barbecue au gaz pour vos repas aux saveurs méditerranéennes et d'un salon de jardin pour finir vos douces journées d'été autour d'un apéritif. L'intérieur se compose au rez-de-chaussée d'un grand séjour salle à manger/salon avec un coin cuisine, de deux chambres à coucher et d'une salle de bains avec baignoire et douche à l'italienne. À l'étage se trouve une troisième chambre sans porte avec une salle d'eau attenante et un petit balcon. Grand espace de stationnement sur le terrain. Incantevole casa vacanze su due piani nel bellissimo parco naturale regionale del Luberon. A disposizione una piacevole zona piscina con vista sulle colline, una terrazza ombreggiata con barbecue a gas per i vostri pasti dal sapore mediterraneo e un'area salotto per concludere le miti giornate estive con un aperitivo. L'interno è composto al piano terra da un ampio soggiorno/sala da pranzo con angolo cottura, due camere da letto e un bagno con vasca e doccia al piano terra. Al piano superiore si trova una terza camera da letto senza porta con un bagno chiuso e un piccolo balcone. Ampio parcheggio nella proprietà. Grambois si trova nella parte meridionale del Luberon, a pochi minuti di auto da un bellissimo laghetto balneabile con ristorante, campi da tennis e pedalò. Scoprite gli antichi villaggi provenzali della regione come Ansouis (15 km), Cucuron (16 km), Lourmarin o Bonnieux (35 km), che sono tra i più bei villaggi della Francia. Anche una visita alla città del festival di Aix-en-Provence è altamente consigliata durante un soggiorno nella regione!

Grambois ligt in het zuidelijke deel van de Luberon, op slechts een paar minuten rijden van een prachtig aangelegde zwemvijver met restaurant, tennisbanen en waterfietsen.
