Angenehmes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage auf einem 3 000 m² großem Naturgrundstück, nur 700 m vom ersten Sandstrand entfernt. Sie verfügen über ein gemütlich ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und ein komfortables Schlafzimmer mit Bad im Erdgeschoss. Das Obergeschoss besteht aus einem geräumigen, offenen Bereich mit weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten. Der erste Sandstrand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Zum Zentrum und zum belebten Hafen sind es ca. 1,5 km. Über La Turballe und den sehr bretonisch anmutenden Hafenort Le Croisic erreichen Sie die fantastische Côte Sauvage, die sich bis zum bekannten Seebad La Baule hinzieht. Auch das mittelalterliche Städtchen Guérande mit seinen umliegenden Salzgärten ist einen Besuch wert, ebenso wie der 49.000 ha große Naturpark der Brière mit seinen Kanälen, Reetdachhäusern und Torfstechern, die Sie am besten per geführter Bootstour erkunden.
Agradable casa de vacaciones en una zona tranquila en un paraje natural de 3.000 m², a solo 700 m de la primera playa de arena. Tiene una sala de estar cómodamente amueblada con cocina americana y un cómodo dormitorio con baño en la planta baja. La planta superior consta de una amplia zona de planta abierta con instalaciones adicionales para dormir. A la primera playa de arena se puede llegar rápidamente a pie en pocos minutos. Está aproximadamente a 1,5 km del centro y del animado puerto.
