Grazie alla posizione collinare, si ha una splendida vista sui tetti del paese fino alla baia di Salema. La piscina condominiale del complesso residenziale è proprio sotto l'appartamento ed è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. C'è anche una caffetteria e un supermercato nelle vicinanze.
