This beautiful apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in a holiday home in Mallnitz in Carinthia, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the house and has a cozy living room with dining table and sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 1 spacious bedroom, 1 large bathroom with bathtub and/or shower and a balcony. The holiday home has a relaxing area, a ski storage room and a mini shop with homemade specialties. In the garden there is a swimming pond with deck chairs (towels for a fee). You can park directly at the house and there is also a charging station for electric vehicles. The Ankogel ski area in Mallnitz offers 18 kilometers of slopes, the Ankogelbahn is located at the end of the municipality of Mallnitz and is about 25 km from the well-known Mölltaler Gletscher ski area with a further 43 kilometers of slopes. Another ski area, the Flattach Snow Adventure Land, is located in Flattach, about 15 minutes away by car. Mallnitz also offers a number of lakes, the Stappitzer See in the Seebachtal is well known, but there are also beautiful mountain lakes for cooling off a little after a hiking tour, or public swimming pools in Mallnitz and the neighboring communities. There are many beautiful hiking trails and various sights in Mallnitz and the surrounding area. Directly in Mallnitz there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants. Unfortunately, children under 15 are not allowed due to the unsecured swimming pond. We ask for your understanding!

Im Fereinhaus befinden sich einen Aufenthaltsraum, ein Aufbewahrungsraum für Ski sowie ein Mini-Shop mit hausgemachten Spezialitäten. Im Garten befindet sich ein Schwimmteich mit Liegestühlen (Handtücher gegen Gebühr). Parken können Sie direkt beim Haus, es gibt ebenfalls eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge. Das Skigebiet Ankogel in Mallnitz bietet 18 Pistenkilometern, die Ankogelbahn befindet sich am Ende der Gemeinde Mallnitz und ist etwa 25 km vom bekannten Skigebiet Mölltaler Gletscher mit weitere 43 Pistenkilometer entfernt. Ein weiteres Skigebiet, das Schneeerlebnisland Flattach befindet sich in Flattach, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Mallnitz bietet aber auch etliche Seen, bekannt ist der Stappitzer See im Seebachtal aber es gibt auch schöne Bergseen für ein wenig Abkühlung nach eine Wandertour, oder öffentliche Schwimmbäder in Mallnitz und die Nachbargemeinden. El apartamento está en el 4º piso de la casa y dispone de un acogedor salón con mesa de comedor y sofá cama, una moderna cocina totalmente equipada, 1 amplio dormitorio, 1 gran baño con bañera y/o ducha y balcón. La casa cuenta con una zona de relax, guardaesquís y una minitienda con especialidades caseras. En el jardín hay un estanque para nadar con tumbonas (toallas de pago). Se puede aparcar directamente en la casa y también hay una estación de carga para vehículos eléctricos. La estación de esquí Ankogel en Mallnitz ofrece 18 kilómetros de pistas, Ankogelbahn se encuentra al final del municipio de Mallnitz y está a unos 25 km de la conocida estación de esquí Mölltaler Gletscher con otros 43 kilómetros de pistas. En Flattach, a unos 15 minutos en coche, se encuentra otra estación de esquí, Flattach Snow Adventure Land. Mallnitz también ofrece numerosos lagos, el Stappitzer See en Seebachtal es muy conocido, pero también hay bonitos lagos de montaña para refrescarse después de una excursión o piscinas públicas en Mallnitz y las comunidades vecinas. La maison de vacances dispose d'un salon, d'un local à skis et d'une supérette proposant des spécialités maison. Dans le jardin il y a un étang de baignade avec transats (serviettes payantes). Vous pouvez vous garer directement devant la maison et il y a aussi une borne de recharge pour les véhicules électriques. Le domaine skiable d'Ankogel à Mallnitz offre 18 kilomètres de pistes, l'Ankogelbahn est situé à l'extrémité de la commune de Mallnitz et se trouve à environ 25 km du célèbre domaine skiable de Mölltaler Gletscher avec 43 kilomètres de pistes supplémentaires. Un autre domaine skiable, le Flattach Snow Adventure Land, se trouve à Flattach, à environ 15 minutes en voiture. L'appartamento si trova al 4° piano della casa ed è composto da un accogliente soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e divano letto, una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata, 1 spaziosa camera da letto, 1 ampio bagno con vasca e/o doccia e un balcone. La casa vacanze dispone di una zona relax, di un deposito sci e di un minimarket con specialità fatte in casa. Nel giardino c'è un laghetto balneabile con sedie a sdraio (asciugamani a pagamento). È possibile parcheggiare direttamente sotto casa ed è presente anche una stazione di ricarica per veicoli elettrici. Il comprensorio sciistico Ankogel a Mallnitz offre 18 chilometri di piste, l'Ankogelbahn si trova all'estremità del comune di Mallnitz e dista circa 25 km dal noto comprensorio sciistico Mölltaler Gletscher con altri 43 chilometri di piste. Un altro comprensorio sciistico, il Flattach Snow Adventure Land, si trova a Flattach, a circa 15 minuti di auto.
