We warmly welcome you to Cuxhaven. Our completely renovated holiday apartment (No. 10) is located on the 2nd floor of the Naturdüne residence and is approx. 52 m² in size. There is also a large balcony of approx. 16 m² available. Sleeping space for 4 people is available. A cot and a high chair for small children are also provided for families. Our holiday apartment is equipped with a lot of comfort such as cable TV in the living room and bedroom, WiFi internet, kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and large refrigerator with freezer compartment. The apartment has a shower room and a separate toilet. An intercom system to the front door with automatic door opener is available. Our storage room is located directly at the entrance area on the ground floor. This offers space to store bicycles or strollers. A children's bike as well as 2 balance bikes and a handcart are already stored there for you to use. The swimming pool and sauna are on the ground floor. We have also provided the following things for you to use: - Parasol for the beach - Sand toys - Toilet seat for children - Children's toilet potty. View more View less Wir heißen Sie herzlich Willkommen in Cuxhaven. In der Residenz Naturdüne liegt unsere komplett renovierte Ferienwohnung (Nr. 10) im 2. Obergeschoss mit einer Größe von ca. 52 m². Zusätzlich steht Ihnen ein großer Balkon mit ca. 16 m² zur Verfügung. Schlafplätze für 4 Personen sind vorhanden. Auch ein Kinderbett sowie ein Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder ist für Familien bereitgestellt. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Komfort wie z.B. Kabel-TV im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, W-Lan Internet, Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Ceranfeld, Backofen und großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Duschbad und ein separates WC. Eine Sprechanlage zur Haustüre mit automatischem Türöffner ist vorhanden. Direkt am Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss ist unser Abstellraum angeordnet. Dieser bietet Platz zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern oder Kinderwagen. Ein Kinderrad sowie 2 Laufräder und ein Bollerwagen sind dort bereits für Sie zur Nutzung untergestellt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Schwimmbad und die Sauna. Zusätzlich haben wir folgende Dinge für Sie zur Nutzung bereitgestellt: - Sonnenschirm für den Strand - Sandspielzeug - Toilettenaufsitz für Kinder - Kinder WC-Töpfchen.
