Experience this cozy, spacious holiday apartment in the style of a Scandinavian terraced house in Born with a welcome champagne. On warm days, relax on the terrace or in the 2500 sqm garden, both sunny, south-facing. The Darß is one of the sunniest areas in Germany. Sun loungers with cushions and umbrellas are available. There is a small sauna in the house for cool days. There are toys for small children as well as a baby travel cot with mattress and a high chair free of charge. We have equipped the beds with high-quality mattresses, blankets and pillows. The 5th bed is intended for another small child, not adults. The kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired: oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (+ plenty of tablets), microwave, coffee machine, dolce gusto machine, mixer, teapot, etc. It's a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Bodden beach and a 15-minute bike ride to the Baltic Sea beach. The Born harbor is not far either. Nice cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities as well as bike rentals are nearby. There is a lockable shed for your bikes. Also ideal as a holiday for several families, as two other terraced houses are rented on the property. So you are close to each other and still have your own apartment. Have a beautiful holiday! View more View less Erleben Sie mit einem Begrüßungssekt diese gemütliche großzügige Ferienwohnung im Stil eines skandinavischen Reihenhauses in Born. Erholen Sie sich an warmen Tage auf der Terrasse oder im 2500 qm großen Garten, beides sonnige Südseite. Der Darß gehört zu den sonnenreichsten Gegenden Deutschlands. Sonnenliegen mit Auflage und Schirm sind vorhanden. Für kühle Tage gibt es im Haus eine kleine Sauna. Für kleine Kinder ist Spielzeug da sowie kostenlos ein Babyreisebett mit Matratze und ein Hochstuhl. Die Betten haben wir mit hochwertigen Matratzen, Decken und Kissen ausgestattet. Das 5. Bett ist für ein weiteres kleines Kind gedacht, nicht für Erwachsene. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen: Backofen, Herd, Kühl/Gefrierkombi, Geschirrspüler (+ausreichend Tabs), Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, dolce-gusto-Maschine, Rührgerät, Teekanne etc. Bis zum schönen Boddenbadestrand sind es 5 min zu Fuß, zum Ostseestrand 15 min mit dem Fahrrad. Auch der Borner Hafen ist nicht weit. Schöne Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein Fahrradverleih sind ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt einen abschließbaren Schuppen für Ihre Fahrräder. Ideal auch als Urlaub für mehrere Familien, da auf dem Anwesen noch zwei weitere Reihenhäuser vermietet werden. So ist man nah beieinander und hat doch seine eigene Wohnung. Schönen Urlaub! En los días cálidos, relájese en la terraza o en el jardín de 2.500 m², ambos soleados y orientados al sur. El Darß es una de las zonas más soleadas de Alemania. Hay tumbonas con cojines y sombrillas disponibles. Para los días frescos hay una pequeña sauna en la casa. Hay juguetes para niños pequeños, así como una cuna de viaje con colchón y una trona de forma gratuita. Hemos equipado las camas con colchones, mantas y almohadas de alta calidad. La quinta cama está destinada a otro niño pequeño, no a un adulto. La cocina tampoco deja nada que desear: horno, cocina, frigorífico/congelador, lavavajillas (+ muchas pastillas), microondas, cafetera, máquina dolce gusto, batidora, tetera, etc. Está a 5 minutos a pie de la hermosa playa de Bodden y a 15 minutos en bicicleta de la playa del Mar Báltico. El puerto del Born tampoco está lejos. En las inmediaciones hay bonitas cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas, así como alquiler de bicicletas. Hay un cobertizo con cerradura para sus bicicletas. También es ideal como vacaciones para varias familias, ya que en la propiedad se alquilan otras dos casas adosadas. Des chaises longues avec coussins et parasols sont disponibles. Il y a un petit sauna dans la maison pour les journées fraîches. Des jouets pour les petits enfants ainsi qu'un lit de voyage pour bébé avec matelas et chaise haute sont mis gratuitement à votre disposition. Nous avons équipé les lits de matelas, couvertures et oreillers de haute qualité. Le 5ème lit est destiné à un autre petit enfant, pas aux adultes. La cuisine ne laisse également rien à désirer : four, cuisinière, réfrigérateur/congélateur, lave-vaisselle (+ de nombreuses tablettes), micro-ondes, machine à café, machine dolce gusto, mixeur, théière, etc. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de Bodden et à 15 minutes en vélo de la plage de la mer Baltique. Le port du Born n'est pas loin non plus. De jolis cafés, restaurants et magasins ainsi que des locations de vélos se trouvent à proximité. Il y a un hangar verrouillable pour vos vélos. Sono disponibili lettini prendisole con cuscini e ombrelloni. C'è una piccola sauna in casa per le giornate fresche. Ci sono giocattoli per bambini piccoli, un lettino da viaggio con materasso e un seggiolone gratuiti. Abbiamo dotato i letti di materassi, coperte e cuscini di alta qualità. Il 5° letto è destinato ad un altro bambino piccolo, non adulto. Nelle vicinanze si trovano bar carini, ristoranti, possibilità di shopping e noleggio biciclette. C'è un capannone chiuso a chiave per le tue biciclette. Ideale anche come vacanza per più famiglie, in quanto all'interno della proprietà vengono affittate altre due villette a schiera. Ligstoelen met kussens en parasols zijn beschikbaar. Voor koele dagen is er een kleine sauna in het huis. Er is gratis speelgoed voor kleine kinderen, evenals een babyreisbedje met matras en een kinderstoel. Wij hebben de bedden voorzien van hoogwaardige matrassen, dekens en kussens. Het 5e bed is bedoeld voor nog een klein kind, niet voor volwassenen. Ook de keuken laat niets te wensen over: oven, gasfornuis, koelkast/vriezer, vaatwasser (+ voldoende tabletten), magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, dolce gusto apparaat, mixer, theepot, etc. Het is 5 minuten lopen naar het prachtige strand van Bodden en 15 minuten fietsen naar het strand aan de Baltische Zee. Ook ideaal als vakantie voor meerdere gezinnen, aangezien er nog twee geschakelde woningen op het terrein worden verhuurd. Zo zit je dicht bij elkaar en heb je toch je eigen appartement.
