Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem Feriengebiet unweit der Nordsee. Im Erdgeschoss des Ferienhauses befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küchenzeile, die komplett mit allem, was man für die tägliche Versorgung benötigt, ausgestattet ist..Weiterhin befinden sich unten ein Tageslichtbad und ein Abstellraum. Vom Wohnraum aus gelangt man direkt auf die Terrasse, auf der man entspannte Urlaubstage bei frischer Nordseeluft genießen kann. Die 3 Schlafräume im oberen Bereich sind mit Rolläden ausgestattet. Ebenfalls ist oben ein Tageslichtbad vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Kleinkindausstattung, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler gehören zur weiteren Ausstattung.
