From here you can reach two separate bedrooms (each approx. 20m²), a spacious living and dining area with an integrated kitchen (approx. 30m²) and a bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine (approx. 18m²). All rooms are bright and well-equipped, and bed linen is already provided. On the private, fenced property there are two ponds and a stream that invite you to take relaxing walks. A special highlight is the separate leisure room with darts, billiards and a bar. Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über etwa 120m² im ersten Stock eines privaten Hauses mit eigenem Eingang und Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Beim Betreten über eine breite Treppe mit Geländer gelangen Sie in einen geräumigen Flur mit Garderobe und einer gemütlichen Sitzcouch. Von hier aus erreichen Sie zwei separate Schlafzimmer (jeweils ca. 20m²), einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit integrierter Küche (ca. 30m²) sowie ein Badezimmer mit Duschkabine und Waschmaschine (ca. 18m²). Alle Räume sind hell und gut ausgestattet, und die Bettwäsche ist bereits vorhanden. Vos animaux de compagnie sont également les bienvenus ici. Un endroit pour se sentir bien, se détendre, faire de la randonnée et explorer une région magnifique - tout cela est possible ici. L'appartement de vacances s'étend sur environ 120 m² au premier étage d'une maison privée avec sa propre entrée et une place de parking sur la propriété. Lorsque vous entrez par un large escalier avec balustrade, vous atteignez un couloir spacieux avec une armoire et un canapé confortable.
