The 6th person should not be older than 12 years old as they sleep in the upper bunk bed. There are 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed), as well as another sleeping area (2 single beds), which is located on the gallery. All bedrooms have darkenable windows with insect screens and are equipped with reading lights. All mattresses and slatted frames have been renewed! The mattresses are barrel pocket spring mattresses with a gel topping and are approx. 26 cm high. For toddlers/baby there is a travel cot + mattress, baby chair, trip trap, bathtub, toilet seat, etc. available. The comfortable living room with a large leather seating area invites you to read, rest and relax. There is also a satellite TV (another one is in the gallery), books and games for adults and children. From the living room you go directly to the large south-facing terrace, which has plenty of furniture with cushions, two large parasols and a barbecue. The cozy dining area with corner bench offers enough space for the whole family and is directly adjacent to the open kitchen, which is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, mixer, hand blender and egg cooker . In the house there is a shower room with toilet and washing machine. You can dry your laundry on the rotary clothes dryer in the in-house garden. The garden is approx. 350 m² in size and can be used for playing, running around and slowing down. The house has a parking space in the parking lot belonging to the complex, there is free WiFi and the two-person kayak that belongs to the house is also included. In behaglicher Atmosphäre entschleunigen, fernab jeglicher Großstadthektik! Unser Haus bietet Platz für 6 Personen + Kleinkind/Baby. Die 6. Person sollte nicht älter als 12 Jahre alt sein, da diese in dem oberen Etagenbett schläft. Es gibt 2 Schlafräume (1 x Doppelbett, 1 x Etagenbett), sowie einen weiteren Schlafbereich (2 Einzelbetten), der sich auf der Galerie befindet. Alle Schlafräume haben verdunkelbare Fenster mit Insektenschutzgitter, sind mit Leseleuchten ausgestattet. Alle Matratzen + Lattenroste wurden erneuert! Bei den Matratzen handelt es sich um Tonnentaschenfederkernmatratzen mit Gelauflage, diese sind ca.26 cm hoch. Für Kleinkind/Baby steht ein Kinderreisebett + Matratze, Babystühlchen, Trip-Trap, Badewanne, Toilettensitz u. a. zur Verfügung. Das behagliche Wohnzimmer mit großer Leder-Sitzecke lädt zum Lesen, Ausruhen und Entspannen ein. Hierfür gibt es auch ein TV-Sat ( ein weiteres befindet sich auf der Galerie), Bücher und Spiele für Erwachsene und Kinder. Vom Wohnraum gehen Sie direkt auf die große Süd-Terrasse, die über ausreichend Mobiliar mit Polstern, zwei große Sonnenschirme und Grill verfügt. Der gemütliche Essplatz mit Eckbank bietet ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie und grenzt direkt an die offene Küche, welche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mixer, Pürrierstab und Eierkocher bestens ausgestattet ist. Im Haus gibt es ein Duschbad mit WC und Waschmaschine. Ihre Wäsche können Sie auf der Wäschespinne im hauseigenen Garten trocknen. Der Garten ist ca. 350 m² groß und kann zum Spielen, Toben und Entschleunigen genutzt werden. Zum Haus gehört ein Kfz-Stellplatz auf dem zur Anlage gehörenden Parkplatz, es gibt kostenfreies WLAN und das zum Haus gehörende 2er Kajak ist ebenfalls inklusive. Unser eigenes, auf dem See liegende Ruderboot kann von Mai bis Oktober (nach Verfügbarkeit) zugemietet werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bringen Sie bitte mit. Auf Wunsch können diese gegen Gebühr bereitgestellt werden.

La 6ª persona no debe tener más de 12 años, ya que duerme en la litera superior. Hay 2 dormitorios (1 cama doble, 1 litera), así como otra zona de dormitorio (2 camas individuales) que se encuentra en la galería. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventanas que se pueden oscurecer con mosquiteras y están equipadas con luces de lectura. ¡Todos los colchones y somieres han sido renovados! Los colchones son colchones de muelles ensacados con una capa superior de gel y miden aproximadamente 26 cm de alto. Para los niños pequeños/bebés hay una cuna de viaje + colchón, silla para bebé, trampa para viajes, bañera, asiento de inodoro, etc. disponible. El cómodo salón con una gran zona de asientos de cuero le invita a leer, descansar y relajarse. También hay TV vía satélite (hay otra en la galería), libros y juegos para adultos y niños. Les matelas sont des matelas à ressorts ensachés avec un surmatelas en gel et mesurent environ 26 cm de haut. Tutte le camere hanno finestre oscurabili con zanzariere e sono dotate di luci di lettura. Tutti i materassi e le reti a doghe sono stati rinnovati! I materassi sono a molle insacchettate con rivestimento in gel e sono alti circa 26 cm. Per i più piccoli/bebè c'è un lettino da viaggio + materasso, seggiolone, trappola per bambini, vasca da bagno, sedile del WC, ecc. disponibile. Il confortevole soggiorno con un'ampia area salotto in pelle vi invita a leggere, riposarvi e rilassarvi. De 6e persoon mag niet ouder zijn dan 12 jaar, aangezien deze in het bovenste stapelbed slaapt. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers (1 x tweepersoonsbed, 1 x stapelbed) en nog een slaapgedeelte (2 eenpersoonsbedden) op de galerij. Alle slaapkamers hebben verduisterbare ramen met horren en zijn voorzien van leeslampjes. Alle matrassen en lattenbodems zijn vernieuwd! De matrassen zijn tonpocketveringmatrassen met een geltoplaag en zijn ca. 26 cm hoog. Voor peuters/baby's is er een reiswieg + matras, kinderstoel, triptrap, badkuip, toiletbril, etc. beschikbaar. De comfortabele woonkamer met grote lederen zithoek nodigt uit om te lezen, uit te rusten en te ontspannen. Er is ook een satelliet-tv (een andere staat in de galerij), boeken en spelletjes voor volwassenen en kinderen. Vanuit de woonkamer ga je direct naar het grote terras op het zuiden, dat voorzien is van voldoende meubilair met kussens, twee grote parasols en een barbecue.
