The three almost identical and comfortably furnished flats (60 square metres) are located on the ground floor (AT-6884-02) with terrace and on the first floor (AT-6884-03 and 06) with balcony. In this flat on the ground floor is the second bedroom, on the same corridor, which provides access to another flat on the upper floor. There is a small sunbathing lawn with deckchairs available. Die drei fast identischen und komfortabel eingerichteten Wohnungen (60 qm) befinden sich Parterre (AT-6884-02) mit Terrasse und auf der 1. Etage (AT-6884-03 und 06) mit Balkon. In dieser Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer, am gleichen Gang, der Zugang zu einer anderen Wohnung im Obergeschoss bietet.
