A bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, two sinks and washing machine, a separate guest toilet with sink, a storage room and a covered balcony. The covered balcony can be reached from bedroom 1 and the living room. Bed linen and towels are included. WLAN (free radio) is available. Cot (with bed linen) and high chair can be provided upon request.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Der Fußweg zum Stadtkern beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Unsere Ferienwohnung hat 90 qm Gesamtfläche und liegt im Obergeschoss. Sie besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, einer komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, zusätzlich ist ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen vorhanden. Ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, WC, zwei Waschbecken und Waschmaschine, ein separates Gäste WC mit Waschbecken, ein Abstellraum und einem überdachten Balkon. Der überdachte Balkon ist vom Schlafraum 1 und dem Wohnzimmer zu erreichen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inbegriffen. WLAN (Freifunk) ist vorhanden. Kinderbett (mit Bettwäsche) und Hochstuhl können auf Anfrage gestellt werden.

Het bestaat uit twee slaapkamers, een woonkamer met eethoek, een volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser en er staat ook een kleine tafel met twee stoelen. Een badkamer met ligbad, douche, toilet, twee wastafels en wasmachine, een apart gastentoilet met wastafel, een berging en een overdekt balkon. Vanuit slaapkamer 1 en de woonkamer is het overdekte balkon te bereiken. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen. WLAN (gratis radio) is beschikbaar. Kinderbed (met beddengoed) en kinderstoel kunnen op aanvraag worden verstrekt.
