Alle Fenster haben elektrische Rolladen, die Dachfenster haben eine Verdunkelung und Fliegengitter. Der Freisitz vor dem Wohnraum ist mit einer großen elektrischen Markise ausgestattet. Eine Sitzecke vor dem Wohnzimmer mit großer Markise und eine gemütliche überdachte Grillecke mit festem Grill. Kinder bis 6 sind kostenfrei
