The house has been completely renovated and is very centrally yet quietly located. From the sunny balcony you have a fantastic view of the historic old town, the Eldenpromenade and the water towards the lock. Here you can watch the moving boats and enjoy the sun until it sets behind the church tower. The Elde/Müritz waterway is very busy with boats in summer. Looking out the window on the other side you have a direct view of the historic lift bridge. You can also look to the left at Villa Sonntag. Vom Sonnenbalkon hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die historische Altstadt, die Eldenpromenade und auf das Wasser Richtung Schleuse. Hier kann man sehr schön den fahrenden Booten zuschauen und die Sonne genießen, bis diese hinter dem Kirchturm untergeht. Die Elde/Müritz Wasserstraße ist im Sommer mit Booten sehr belebt. Zur anderen Seite aus dem Fenster blickend hat man den direkten Blick auf die historische Hubbrücke. Auch kann man linksblickend auf die Villa Sonntag schauen. La casa ha sido completamente renovada y tiene una ubicación muy céntrica pero tranquila. Desde el soleado balcón se tiene una vista fantástica del casco histórico, el paseo marítimo de Elden y el agua hacia la esclusa. Aquí podrás observar los barcos en movimiento y disfrutar del sol hasta que se pone detrás de la torre de la iglesia. En verano, el canal Elde/Müritz está muy lleno de barcos. Mirando por la ventana del otro lado se tiene una vista directa del histórico puente levadizo. También puede mirar a la izquierda hacia Villa Sonntag. Hier kunt u de bewegende boten bekijken en genieten van de zon totdat deze achter de kerktoren ondergaat. De waterweg Elde/Müritz is in de zomer erg druk met boten. Als u uit het raam aan de andere kant kijkt, heeft u direct zicht op de historische ophaalbrug. U kunt ook naar links kijken bij Villa Sonntag. Można tu obserwować poruszające się łodzie i cieszyć się słońcem aż do zachodu słońca za wieżą kościoła. Latem szlak wodny Elde/Müritz jest bardzo zatłoczony przez statki. Patrząc przez okno po drugiej stronie masz bezpośredni widok na zabytkowy most zwodzony. Możesz także spojrzeć w lewo na Villa Sonntag.
