Gemütliches, ruhiges und vor kurzem renoviertes Ferienhaus mit Balkon. Neben 2 Schlafzimmern gibt es einen weiteren Wohn-/Schlafraum, der z.B. auch als Spielzimmer oder Rückzugsraum genutzt werden kann. Der große Garten mit großer Spielwiese eignet ich hervorragend zum Fußball- oder Federballspielen. Es gibt eine große Sonnenterrasse und eine zweite Terrasse, die in der heißen Jahreszeit ab Mittag Schatten bietet. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer Sackgasse. Für einen Urlaub mit Baby sind ein Reisebettchen mit zusätzlicher Matratze, ein Hochstuhl und eine Toi-Sitzbrille vorhanden.
