Fantastic view with lots of boat traffic on the bay. Charming Dala-style log cabin on a natural plot, approx. 150 m to the bathing jetty. Very peaceful and quiet. The house The cottage, timber-framed and in Dala style, is located with a lovely view. The fairway runs outside with many large and small boats passing by. The grounds are natural and there is a nature trail down to a bathing jetty that the surrounding cottages can also use. The water at the jetty is deep. Sandy beaches can be found in Hamnviken and Köpmanholm. You feel that the cottage is quite secluded. Large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue with afternoon and evening sun. Boat mooring can be arranged in Blidösundet on request, there is sailing depth. Very nice walking areas to walk in. Bedrooms Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, stove with oven, microwave, cooker hood, kettle, coffee maker. Hot and cold water is available in the cabin, the water quality is good. Bathroom In the bathroom there is a shower room, sink and an odorless incineration toilet from 2018. There have been wells in the archipelago. We therefore kindly ask our tenants to be careful with water consumption with regard to access and the environment. Other rooms In the living room, which is in an open plan with the kitchen and hall, there is a sofa group, TV and a lovely view through the double windows. Large kitchen table and also a lovely brick wood stove. Miscellaneous Beautiful woods nearby with berries and mushrooms when in season. Nice walking paths, if you have your own bikes it's great to cycle around the island. Road ferry from Furusund takes you to Yxlan, the crossing takes 5 minutes. The ferry leaves twice an hour. To the next island, Blidö, you take another ferry, which also takes 5 minutes. Blidö is well worth a visit. You can also go by bus and boat to the cabin, about 2 km to walk. Shopping is done in the small kiosk at the ferry stop at Yxlan. Or in Furusund at the grocery store where they are also system, pharmacy and postal agents. At Blidö there is a grocery store, also a restaurant and various activities during the summer. It is 4 miles to the wonderful summer town of Norrtälje. Here you can, among other things, have lunch on the old steamboat Norrtälje, which is located in the harbor. You can also take a day trip to beautiful Åland. You go north to Grisslehamn and take the Eckerö line. Boat trips from Ahlsvik and Yxlö jetties out towards the outer archipelago, daily tours in summer.

Fantastische Aussicht zum regen Bootsverkehr in der Bucht! Traditionelle erbautes Ferienhaus im typischen Dala-Stil, gelegen auf einem Naturgrundstück, nur ca. 150 m bis vom nächsten Badesteg. Sehr friedlich und ruhig. Das Haus Das Ferienhaus bietet eine schöne Aussicht! Auf dem Fahrwasser verkehren viele größere Schiffe und kleinere Boote. Das Grundstück ist naturbelassen und es gibt einen Naturlehrpfad hinunter zu einem Badesteg, den auch die umliegenden Ferienhäuser nutzen können. Das Wasser am Steg ist tief. Sandstrände finden Sie in Hamnviken und Köpmanholm. Man hat das Gefühl, hier ziemlich abgelegen zu wohnen. Große Terrasse, mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill, mit Nachmittags- und Abendsonne. Auf vorherige Anfrage kann ein Bootsanlegeplatz in Blidösundet eventuell arrangiert werden, dort ist die Fahrtiefe vorhanden. Sehr schöne Wandergebiete zum Spazierengehen. Schlafzimmer Zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit einem Einzelbett und einem Hochbett. Küche Die Küche ist mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Dunstabzugshaube, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Es steht warmes und kaltes Wasser zur Verfügung, die Wasserqualität ist gut. Badezimmer Im Badezimmer gibt es ein Duschbad, Waschbecken und eine geruchlose Verbrennungstoilette von 2018. Im Schärengarten gibt es ausnahmslos Hausbrunnen. Als Mieter werden Sie daher gebeten, Ihren Wasserverbrauch möglichst einzuschränken! Andere Räume Im Wohnzimmer, das einen offenen Raum mit Küche und Flur bildet, gibt es eine Sitzgruppe und schöne Aussicht durch die Doppelfenster. Ein großer Küchentisch und auch ein schöner, gemauerter Holzofen stehen bereit. Verschiedenes Wunderschöne Wälder in der Nähe mit Beeren und Pilzen in der Saison. Schöne Wanderwege. Wenn Sie Ihre eigenen Fahrräder haben, können Sie die Insel wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Die Straßenfähre ab Furusund bringt Sie nach Yxlan, die Überfahrt dauert 5 Minuten. Die Fähre fährt zweimal pro Stunde. Zur nächsten Insel, Blidö, nehmen Sie eine weitere Fähre, die ebenfalls 5 Minuten dauert. Blidö ist einen Besuch wert. Sie können auch mit dem Bus und dem Boot zur Hütte fahren, ca. 2 km zu Fuß. Der Einkauf erfolgt im kleinen Kiosk an der Fähranlegestelle in Yxlan. Oder in Furusund im Lebensmittelgeschäft, wo es auch System-, Apotheken- und Postagenten gibt. Auf Blidö gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, auch ein Restaurant und im Sommer verschiedene Aktivitäten.
