Right on the edge of Southern Hjälmaren, near the small village of Läppe in Södermanland, lies this paradise. The cottage, originally from the 19th century, has been renovated and extended while preserving its original charm. The property is on multiple levels, with fencing both towards the lake and the road, which is occasionally trafficked. In the older part of the cottage, you'll find an entrance through a beautiful original glass veranda, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. From here, you enter a hallway with stairs leading up to the charming attic loft with three single beds, and access to the kitchen, where the stove and fridge/freezer are new, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay—though we do wash dishes by hand. Moving into the dining room, there is plenty of seating around the table and a charming open fireplace where you can make a cozy fire on chilly days. In the newly built extension, there is an additional entrance. Here you'll find a fresh bathroom equipped with a washing machine and another bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. The living room has an open ceiling up to the roof and large windows facing Hjälmaren. Upstairs, there is a loft with a double bed. On the lakeside, there is a wonderful terrace with garden furniture, perfect for lingering late into the evening to enjoy the view. A charcoal grill is available for your use. Stairs lead down to the lake where you’ll find a private dock, perfect for sunbathing and swimming, with a convenient swimming ladder. If you want to head out on the lake, there's a rowboat available, located beside the property in a small bay. For services, shops, and restaurants, Vingåker is about a 20-minute drive away. At Hjälmaregården, you'll find a large sandy beach, as well as a simple café/pizza place and a kiosk open during the summer. For golf enthusiasts, Vingåker Golf Club is about 20 minutes away, with a beautiful 18-hole course by Lake Kolsnaren. Warmly welcome!

Jahrhundert, wurde renoviert und erweitert, wobei sein ursprünglicher Charme erhalten geblieben ist. Das Grundstück liegt auf mehreren Ebenen, und der Bereich um das Haus ist sowohl zum See hin als auch zur Straße, die zeitweise befahren ist, eingezäunt. Im älteren Teil des Hauses befindet sich der Eingang durch eine schöne originale Glasveranda, wo du gerne deinen Morgenkaffee genießt. Von hier gelangst du in einen Flur, in dem sich die Treppe zum charmanten Dachboden mit drei Einzelbetten befindet und in die Küche, die mit einem neuen Herd und einem neuen Kühlschrank ausgestattet ist, sodass du alles findest, was du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigst – das Geschirr spülen wir allerdings von Hand. Weiter geht es in das Esszimmer des Hauses, wo es viele Sitzplätze rund um den Tisch gibt und einen charmanten offenen Kamin, den du an kühlen Tagen beheizen kannst. Im neu angebauten Teil gibt es einen weiteren Eingang. Hier befindet sich ein modernes Badezimmer mit einer Waschmaschine und ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Doppelbett. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine offene Decke bis zum Dachfirst und große Fenster mit Blick auf den Hjälmaren. Über eine Treppe gelangst du auf ein Schlafloft mit einem Doppelbett. Auf der Seeseite befindet sich eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, auf der man gerne bis spät in den Abend verweilt, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Ein Holzkohlegrill steht dir zur Verfügung. Über Treppen gelangst du hinunter zum See und zur privaten Anlegestelle, die sich hervorragend zum Sonnenbaden und Schwimmen eignet, mit einer bequemen Badeleiter. Wenn du den See erkunden möchtest, steht dir ein Ruderboot zur Verfügung, das in einer kleinen Bucht neben dem Grundstück liegt. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Serviceangebote findest du in Vingåker, etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Am Hjälmaregården gibt es einen großen Sandstrand sowie ein einfaches Café/Pizzeria und einen Kiosk, die im Sommer geöffnet sind.
