This beautiful house is located in the centre of one of the most emblematic villages in the island. Mallorcan traditions and roots are really preserved here. In order to enjoy the good weather, the house features a spacious terrace furnished with a large garden table and chairs where you can not only enjoy long evenings with your loved ones but also delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house is in the town centre and there are direct neighbours. This is a great house which still preserves the Mallorcan personality of the building but, at the same time, with all modern comforts so that you can feel at home. From the terrace you enter the spacious living-dining room equipped with a large and cosy sofa, satellite TV and air-conditioning for the hottest days. The kitchen is independent and you will find it fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven microwave and a little table with 4 chairs to cook in good company. You will also find the old well in the kitchen, a traditional architectonic element that has been kept (although with no use nowadays). There is also a laundry area in the house with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A little toilet with basin and WC completes the ground floor. The original stairs lead to the 1st floor where there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, a walk-in closet and it is air-conditioned. The other one has two twin beds and a closet. A shower bathroom completes this floor. Going upstairs once more where we find the last bedroom with a double bed, a fan and a beautiful en-suite shower bathroom. This floor also offers a terrace where our guests can admire the views over the Pla de Mallorca. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. This large house also presents a little playing room on the basement. Nous remontons les escaliers jusqu'au deuxième étage pour trouver la dernière chambre, avec un lit double et mansardée, elle dispose d'un ventilateur, d'une armoire et d'une belle salle de bain en suite avec douche. A cet étage, nos clients trouveront une deuxième terrasse pour contempler le Pla de Majorque. Si vous voyagez avec un bébé, nous pouvons vous préparer un berceau et une chaise haute sur demande. Cette immense maison est complétée par une petite salle de jeux au sous-sol. Montuiri est une belle ville située sur une petite montagne et entourée de moulins à vent, l'exemple parfait de Majorque traditionnelle et rurale, où nos clients pourront trouver la paix et la tranquillité qu'ils recherchent. Dans la ville, vous trouverez les services de base pour un séjour indépendant, où vous pourrez également trouver des produits frais locaux, de bons vins majorquins et d'autres produits de haute qualité comme le sel marin, le miel ou l'huile d'olive. Son emplacement au centre de l'île est parfait pour pouvoir accéder rapidement à différentes parties de l'île et connaître les différents visages de Majorque : la ville cosmopolite de Palma au sud, la nature de la Serra de Tramuntana à l'ouest, les belles Calas de Majorque à l'est et les belles villes médiévales de Pollensa et Alcudia au nord.
