Das einstöckige Häuschen mit herrlichem Weitblick aufs Land liegt umgeben von verschiedenen Bäumen. Auf der Veranda kann man bei Kaffee und Kuchen am Nachmittag plaudern oder sich mit einem Barbecue verwöhnen. Im 8m x 4m großen Pool kann man sich jederzeit abkühlen. Die Tiefe beträgt zwischen 1.4m bis 1.7m und das Wasser wird mit Chlor gereinigt. Die obere Terrasse überrascht mit einem traumhaften Panoramablick, wo man auf vier Liegen die Sonne genießen kann. An klaren Tagen kann man sogar bis zur Bucht von Alcudia sehen! Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und es allein stehend. Über die Veranda gelangt man in den Wohn-Essbereich mit Klimaanlage und Satellitenfernsehen. Die offene Küche mit Cerankochfeld ist sehr gut ausgestattet; und nach dem Kochen kümmert sich der Geschirrspüler um den Abwasch! Eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett leisten besonders bei längeren Aufenthalten gute Dienste. Den Schlafzimmern haben je zwei Einzelbetten, Klimaanlage und einen Schrank. Das Haus hat ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein Babybettchen und ein Hochstuhl werden gerne auf Anfrage vorbereitet. Die Finca wird von Mandelbäumen umgeben und liegt nur 5km vom Sandstrand Can Picafort entfernt. Der lange, feine Sandstrand ist nicht nur für Familien mit Kindern ein Hit sondern ist auch bei Wassersportlern beliebt.
