Hier kann man bei herrlichem Bergblick im privaten, 7m x 3m großen Pool schwimmen oder sich auf einer der vier Liegen die Sonne auf den Bauch scheinen lassen. Das Schwimmbad ist zwischen 0.7m und 2m tief und das Wasser wird mit Chlor sauber gehalten. Nach dem Schwimmen kann man sich an der Außendusche das Chlor von der Haut waschen. Neben dem Pool liegt die kleine Terrasse, die sich für einen Aperitif anbietet. Die Veranda ist grösser und deshalb eher für einen Grillabend geeignet.Die Kinder können sich im Garten mit 60m2 Rasenfläche austoben. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und es gibt Nachbarn in der Nähe. Das Wohn-Esszimmer mit Klimaanlage und Fernseher (Sender in Deutsch und Spanisch) ist zur kleinen Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Ofen und Küchenutensilien offen. Die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett ist besonders bei längeren Aufenthalten sehr praktisch. Hier wählt man zwischen drei Schlafzimmern, zwei mit je einem Doppelbett und eines mit einem Ausziehbett. Letzteres hat auch einen Schreibtisch, für alle die auch im Urlaub arbeiten oder lernen müssen. Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage und einen Kleiderschrank. Das Haus hat ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein Babybettchen und ein Hochstuhl stehen auf Anfrage bereit. Betlem ist eine ruhige, kleine Wohnsiedlung im Nordosten der Insel. Das Meer und der steinige Strand befinden sich in ca. 400 Meter. In der Umgebung kann man weitere Strände (Stein oder Sand) besuchen, z.B. Ca Na Clara, Caló des Ermitans oder Caló des Parral in Colonia de Sant Pere. Für den täglichen Einkauf oder wenn man sonst etwas braucht, muss man nach Colonia de Sant Pere fahren (ca. 4 km). Dort gibt es Restaurants, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, eine Apotheke und eine Bank. Eventuelle Nebenkosten müssen beim Anbieter nachgefragt werden. Haustiere sind willkommen. La joya de la casa es la piscina privada de cloro, con un tamaño de 7mx 3m y una profundidad de entre 0.7m y 2m. Después de nadar, se puede quitar el cloro e la ducha exterior. Al lado de la piscina hay una terraza pequeña, ideal para tomar un aperitivo. El porche con sillas y un banco se ofrece para hacer una barbacoa, ya que tiene más espacio que la terraza. Los niños disfrutan de jugar en el jardín, que tiene alrededor de 60m2 de césped. La parcela está vallada y hay vecinos cerca. Dentro encontramos un salón-comedor con aire acondicionado y televisión de satélite (alemán y castellano), abierto a la pequeña cocina con vitro cerámica, horno y utensilios de cocina. La lavandería con lavadora, plancha y tabla para planchar es muy práctica, sobre todo para estancias más largas. Aquí puede elegir entre tres dormitorios, dos con una cama doble y uno con una cama nido. El último además tiene un escritorio para los que tienen que estudiar o trabajar durante las vacaciones. Los tres no carecen de aire acondicionado y armario. Un baño con ducha da servicio a la casa. Una cuna y una trona están disponibles bajo petición. Betlem es una urbanización tranquila en el nordeste de la isla. El mar y la playa de roca están a solo 400 metros y en los alrededores se hallan más playas de ensueño (de roca y de arena) como Ca Na Clara, Caló des Ermitans o Caló des Parral en Colonia de Sant Pere. Al ser un sitio muy tranquilo, no hay grandes supermercados o servicios en Betlem. Para ir a comprar o ir a restaurantes, tiene que desplazarse hasta Colonia de Sant Pere, a más o menos 4 km. Po kąpieli możesz usunąć chlor pod prysznicem na zewnątrz. Obok basenu znajduje się mały taras, idealny na aperitif. Weranda z krzesłami i ławką jest przeznaczona do grillowania, ponieważ ma więcej miejsca niż taras. Dzieci chętnie bawią się w ogrodzie o powierzchni około 60 m2 trawy. Działka jest ogrodzona, w pobliżu znajdują się sąsiedzi. Na życzenie dostępne jest łóżeczko dziecięce i krzesełko do karmienia. Betlem to spokojna dzielnica w północno-wschodniej części wyspy. Morze i kamienista plaża znajdują się zaledwie 400 metrów od hotelu, a w okolicy znajduje się więcej wymarzonych plaż (skalistych i piaszczystych), takich jak Ca Na Clara, Caló des Ermitans czy Caló des Parral w Colonia de Sant Pere.
