Der 3 x 3 Meter große Pool befindet sich auf der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zu einem erfrischenden Cocktail ein, bevor man abends ins Restaurant geht. Eine Aussendusche ist besonders praktisch, um sich nach einem Tag am Strand den Sand von der Haut zu waschen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung mit direkt angrenzenden Nachbarhäusern. Von der Poolterrasse gelangt man direkt ins Wohn-Esszimmer, das zur Küche hin offen ist. Die ausgesuchten Möbel mit sanften Farben geben dem Raum eine schöne, luftige Atmosphäre. Den Abend kann man beim Fernsehen (Smart-TV) oder gemeinsamen Kochen verbringen. Die Küche ist mit Cerankochfeld, Ofen, Geschirrspüler u.v.m. ausgestattet. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss liegt das Gäste-WC. Eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett ist besonders bei längeren Aufenthalten sehr praktisch. Über eine Treppe gelangt man in den ersten Stock, wo man sich in den kleinen Wohnbereich mit einem Buch zurückziehen kann. Zwei Schlafzimmer,eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und das zweite mit einem Doppelbett laden zum Entspannen ein. Beide sind mit je einem Kleiderschrank versehen. Ein Bad mit Dusche steht dem ersten Stock zur Verfügung. Wenn ein Baby dabei ist, bereiten wir gerne ein Babybettchen und einen Hochstuhl vor. Das Haus bietet zentrale Klimaanlage. Nur 280 Meter ist das stilvolle Ferienhaus vom Sandstrand S'Illot entfernt. Auf dem flach ins Meer abfallenden Strand fühlen sich vorwiegend Familien wohl. Im Ortskern befinden sich Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und alles Notwendige für einen Urlaub als Selbstversorger. Der Ort Porto Cristo mit der Tropfsteinhöhle ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Alle die an Geschichte interessiert sind, können Überreste aus der Talayot-Kultur bestaunen (1100 v.Chr.).
