The area of Maria de la Salut, is situated in the center of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by people of the island, so you will not find much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Yet you will find everything you need in Maria de la Salut: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. In just 15 minutes drive you reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort. You can have a nice day on the sandy beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In this area, there are some good restaurants to eat paella, with a very beautiful and impressive seaview. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is a lively area that contrasts with the Playa de Muro, which is more quiet. Nearby are also the areas of the Port of Alcudia and Pollenca. Dieses schöne Haus hat einen privaten Salzwasserpool mit einer Größe von 8m x 4 m und einer Tiefe zwischen 1.3m und 1.8m, an dem man sich auf den 6 Liegestühlen entspannen kann. Eine möblierte Veranda am Pool lädt zu Abendessen mit der Familie ein. Das Haus ist freistehend und hat teilweise Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist auf zwei Etagen auf einer Größe von 110 m2 gebaut und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer auf der ersten Etage, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer hat eine möblierte Terrasse. Für unsere kleinen Gäste stellen wir ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Dieses schöne Haus hat zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche im Erdgeschoss und ein weiteres mit Badewanne auf der oberen Etage. Drei Ventilatoren vervollständigen die Ausstattung. Die geräumige Küche mit Ceranfeld und das Esszimmer verfügen über alle Utensilien, die man zum Kochen mit der ganzen Familie benötigt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Im Wohnzimmer kann man SAT-TV schauen oder sich auf dem Sofa ausruhen. Die Gegend von Maria de la Salut befindet sich im Zentrum der Insel und somit sehr einfach an jeden beliebigen Ort in einer angebrachten Zeit zu gelangen. Es ist ein ländliche Gegend und größtenteils von Einheimischen bewohnt und somit es nicht viel Tourismus gibt und man das wirklich Mallorca entdecken kann. Sie finden alles Notwendige in Maria de la Salut: Supermärkte, Apotheken, Bank, Sportbereiche, Bars und Restaurants. In nur 15 Autominuten gelangt man nach Ses Casetes Capellans und Can Picafort. Verbringen Sie einen tollen Tag am feinen Sandstrand oder genießen Sie einen Cocktail bei Sonnenuntergang. In dieser Gegend gibt es gute Restaurants, in denen man Paella mit einem beeindruckenden Meerblick essen kann. Cette belle maison dispose d'une piscine privée au sel, de dimensions 8 mx 4 m et d'une profondeur variant entre 1,3 m et 1,8 m, où vous pourrez vous détendre dans les 6 hamacs qui entourent la piscine. Une véranda meublée donnant sur la piscine vous invite à célébrer des soirées en famille. La maison est indépendante et offre une intimité partielle. La maison de 110 m2 sur deux étages dispose de deux chambres au premier étage, une avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits simples. Les deux chambres sont équipées de la climatisation. De plus, chacune des chambres dispose d'une terrasse aménagée. Pour nos plus petits hôtes, nous préparerons un berceau et une chaise haute. Cette belle maison dispose de deux salles de bain, une salle de bain avec douche située au rez-de-chaussée et une autre salle de bain avec baignoire à l'étage supérieur. Trois ventilateurs complètent l'équipement.
