Our holiday home is located in the quiet village of Neukirchen, directly on the Flensburg Fjord with stunning views of the "Danish South Sea." Five rooms are available in a spacious living area. Two large roof terraces with stunning views across the Baltic Sea to neighboring Denmark are also included, as are two ground-level terraces. One is the covered "breakfast terrace," accessible from the kitchen, living room, and dining room, and the other is the sunny, wind- and view-protected south-facing terrace in the courtyard. This also features a small wooden sauna with an outdoor shower and one of the entrances to the recreation area with table tennis, foosball, and some fitness equipment.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt in dem ruhigen Dorf Neukirchen, direkt an der Flensburger Förde mit traumhaftem Blick auf die "Dänische Südsee". Auf einer großzügigen Wohnfläche stehen Ihnen fünf Zimmer zur Verfügung. Zwei große Dachterrassen mit herrlichem Ausblick über die Ostsee bis ins benachbarte Dänemark gehören ebenso dazu, wie zwei ebenerdige Terrassen. Zum einen die von der Küche bzw. dem Wohn- und Esszimmer aus zugängliche überdachte "Frühstücksterrasse" und zum anderen die sonnige, wind- und sichtgeschützte Südterrasse im Innenhof. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Holzsauna mit Außendusche und einer der Zugänge zum Freizeitbereich mit Tischtennisplatte, Kicker und einigen Fitnessgeräten.
Nuestra casa de vacaciones se encuentra en el tranquilo pueblo de Neukirchen, a orillas del fiordo de Flensburg, con impresionantes vistas al Mar del Sur danés. Dispone de cinco habitaciones en una espaciosa sala de estar. También incluye dos amplias terrazas en la azotea con impresionantes vistas al mar Báltico y a la vecina Dinamarca, así como dos terrazas en la planta baja. Una es la terraza cubierta para desayunar, accesible desde la cocina, el salón y el comedor, y la otra es la soleada terraza orientada al sur, protegida del viento y de las vistas, en el patio. Esta también cuenta con una pequeña sauna de madera con ducha exterior y una de las entradas a la zona de recreo con mesa de ping pong, futbolín y aparatos de fitness.
Notre maison de vacances est située dans le paisible village de Neukirchen, directement sur le fjord de Flensburg, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer du Sud danoise. Cinq chambres sont disponibles dans un spacieux séjour. Deux grandes terrasses sur le toit avec une vue imprenable sur la mer Baltique et le Danemark voisin sont également disponibles, ainsi que deux terrasses au rez-de-chaussée. L'une est la terrasse couverte pour le petit-déjeuner, accessible depuis la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger, et l'autre est la terrasse ensoleillée, abritée du vent et des regards, exposée plein sud, dans la cour. Celle-ci comprend également un petit sauna en bois avec douche extérieure et l'une des entrées de l'espace détente avec table de ping-pong, baby-foot et appareils de fitness.
La nostra casa vacanze si trova nel tranquillo villaggio di Neukirchen, direttamente sul fiordo di Flensburg, con una vista mozzafiato sul "Mare del Sud danese". Cinque camere sono disponibili in un'ampia zona giorno. Sono inoltre disponibili due ampie terrazze sul tetto con vista mozzafiato sul Mar Baltico e sulla vicina Danimarca, così come due terrazze al piano terra. Una è la "terrazza della colazione" coperta, accessibile dalla cucina, dal soggiorno e dalla sala da pranzo, e l'altra è la soleggiata terrazza esposta a sud, protetta dal vento e dalla vista, nel cortile. Quest'ultima dispone anche di una piccola sauna in legno con doccia esterna e di uno degli ingressi all'area ricreativa con tavolo da ping-pong, calcio balilla e alcune attrezzature per il fitness.
Ons vakantiehuis ligt in het rustige dorpje Neukirchen, direct aan de Flensburg Fjord met een prachtig uitzicht op de "Deense Zuidzee". Vijf kamers zijn beschikbaar in een ruime woonkamer. Twee grote dakterrassen met een prachtig uitzicht over de Oostzee tot aan buurland Denemarken zijn eveneens aanwezig, evenals twee terrassen op de begane grond. Eén is het overdekte "ontbijtterras", toegankelijk vanuit de keuken, woonkamer en eetkamer, en de andere is het zonnige, wind- en uitzichtbeschutte terras op het zuiden op de binnenplaats. Hier vindt u ook een kleine houten sauna met buitendouche en een van de ingangen naar het recreatiegebied met tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal en enkele fitnesstoestellen.
Nasz dom wakacyjny położony jest w spokojnej miejscowości Neukirchen, bezpośrednio nad fiordem Flensburg, z przepięknym widokiem na „duńskie Morze Południowe”. W przestronnym salonie znajduje się pięć pokoi. Do dyspozycji Gości są również dwa duże tarasy na dachu z przepięknym widokiem na Morze Bałtyckie i sąsiednią Danię, a także dwa tarasy na parterze. Jeden z nich to zadaszony „taras śniadaniowy”, dostępny z kuchni, salonu i jadalni, a drugi to słoneczny, osłonięty od wiatru i widoku taras od strony południowej na dziedzińcu. Znajduje się tam również mała drewniana sauna z prysznicem na świeżym powietrzu oraz jedno z wejść do strefy rekreacyjnej ze stołem do tenisa stołowego, piłkarzykami i sprzętem fitness.
