2021 wude der Neubau Koasa-Hof bezogen. Die Gäste erfahren bei den Gastgebern Cinzia und Markus einen Bauernhof-Luxus im Ahrntal. Das Haus wurde mit regionalen, z.T. hofeigenen Baustoffen erbaut. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Bad, Holzboden und Ausblick ausgestattet und kann mit 1 bis 6 Betten bestückt werden. Insgesamt können 21 Betten bezogen werden. Nach einem sportlichen Tag dürft ihr im Mini-Spa entspannen, ein Südtirol-Erlebnis. Wer auch vom Haus aus den Blick genießen möchte, zieht sich mit einem Buch auf die Kanzel oberhalb des Hofes zurück. Von hier können die spielenden Kinder auf dem Sandspielplatz, am Kletterfelsen, zwischen Grillstelle und Steinkreis beobachtet werden. Wir vermieten das ganze Haus, wenn ihr alle Zimmer belegen und euch selbstständig versorgen möchtet. Die Gastro-Küche steht zu eurer Verfügung. Wer nur ein Zimmer mieten möchte, bekommt das Frühstück von uns. Ihr trefft die anderen Gäste im Gemeinschaftsraum oder am Jakobs-Brunnen.
En 2021, se inauguró la nueva Koasa-Hof. Los huéspedes disfrutan de una experiencia de lujo rural en el valle de Ahrntal con sus anfitriones, Cinzia y Markus. La casa se construyó con materiales regionales, algunos procedentes de la propia granja. Cada habitación cuenta con baño privado, suelos de madera y vistas, y tiene capacidad para entre 1 y 6 personas. Dispone de un total de 21 camas. Tras un día lleno de actividades, podrá relajarse en el mini spa, una auténtica experiencia del Tirol del Sur. Quienes deseen disfrutar de las vistas desde la casa pueden subir con un libro a la plataforma panorámica sobre la granja. Desde allí, podrá observar a los niños jugando en el arenero, escalando o entre la zona de barbacoa y el círculo de piedras. Alquilamos la casa entera si desea ocupar todas las habitaciones y cocinar usted mismo. La cocina profesional está a su disposición. Si solo alquila una habitación, el desayuno está incluido. Puede conocer a los demás huéspedes en la sala común o en la Fuente de Jacob.

W 2021 roku ukończono budowę nowo wybudowanego Koasa-Hof. Goście mogą doświadczyć luksusu w stylu wiejskim w dolinie Ahrntal, u swoich gospodarzy, Cinzii i Markusa. Dom został zbudowany z regionalnych materiałów, z których część pochodziła z samego gospodarstwa. Każdy pokój posiada prywatną łazienkę, drewniane podłogi i widok na okolicę i może pomieścić od 1 do 6 osób. Do dyspozycji jest łącznie 21 łóżek. Po aktywnym dniu można zrelaksować się w mini-spa – to prawdziwe doświadczenie Południowego Tyrolu. Ci, którzy chcą podziwiać widoki z domu, mogą udać się z książką na platformę widokową nad gospodarstwem. Stąd można obserwować dzieci bawiące się w piaskownicy, na ściance wspinaczkowej lub między miejscem do grillowania a kamiennym kręgiem. Wynajmujemy cały dom, jeśli chcesz korzystać ze wszystkich pokoi i samodzielnie przygotowywać posiłki. Do dyspozycji jest profesjonalna kuchnia. Jeśli wynajmiesz tylko pokój, zapewniamy śniadanie.
