Montenegro Wohnung befindet sich neben dem Weinkeller und der Front und Seite des Hauses einen eigenen Garten und Terrasse. In diesem Gebäude gibt es keine anderen Wohnungen. Der Pool ist auf der anderen Seite des Hauses, ca. 50 m entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist typisch toskanisch, gemütlich und stimmungsvoll. Es gibt einen Salzwasser-Pool, die ganzjährig geöffnet ist. Neben dem Pool ist ein Restaurant, wo die Hausbesitzer auf Anfrage lecker, macht Bio-Gerichte. Sehr zu empfehlen, hier zu essen. Ökologische Landwirtschaft und Lebensmittel ist die Leidenschaft und Philosophie des Lebens der Hausbesitzer. Der Bauernhof ist von einer Fläche von 40 Hektar umgeben.
