Dista solo 10 km dall'autostrada Milano-Venezia e 3 km dal lago. È una posizione strategica per escursioni a Verona, Mantova, città attorno al Lago di Garda, parchi divertimento come Gardaland e giardini botanici e parchi. Vicino al residence ci sono ristoranti e negozi e molte opzioni sportive tra cui equitazione, golf (2 km), tennis, passeggiate, mountain bike e tutti gli sport acquatici. C'è un ristorante che serve specialità locali e pesce del Lago di Garda presso la residenza, un uliveto, piscina comunale.
