Al piano terra, oltre l'ampio soggiorno con camino comprende la cucina ben attrezzata ed un piccolo ripostiglio. Sono disponibili inoltre lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice,forno a microonde ed aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Sempre al piano terra una camera con terrazzo privato e bagno con vasca/doccia.
