La maison est près de la mer avec ses plages de sable blanc, des boutiques, des restaurants, des terrasses et de la marina de Tropea. Depuis le salon et la salle à manger de l'appartement Lunedì vous donnent sur la mer Tyrrhénienne. Les portes de la résidence peuvent être contrôlés à distance et offrent intimité et sécurité.
