Esta casa de vacaciones, situada en una zona tranquila de Vinaròs, se encuentra a tan solo 100 metros de una pequeña playa de guijarros. ¡Solo hay que cruzar la carretera! La casa en sí tiene un precioso jardín con elevada privacidad. Puede encontrar fácilmente algo de frescor bajo las grandes palmeras. La terraza cubierta es un lugar ideal para tomar un aperitivo. Si has tenido sombra suficiente, puedes tomar el sol en la terraza trasera cercada prácticamente sin que nadie te vea. La casa consta totalmente de una sola planta. El interior está bien mantenido. Vinaròs es un pueblo precioso a unos 7,5 km de la frontera con Cataluña. Un centro animado con plazas monumentales, calles llenas de tiendas, un bullicioso puerto pesquero y una preciosa iglesia, la "Señora de la Asunción", donde gótico, renacentista y barroco se mezclan. Pero la gran atracción es, por supuesto, la cuidada playa de arena de "El Fortí", flanqueada por una amplia avenida con altas palmeras. Un sendero conduce hacia el interior, a través de la accidentada sierra del Turmell, a la antigua ciudad de Morella (65 km), construida sobre una colina con unas vistas preciosas. El embalse cerca de El Molí de L'Abad (30 km) es uno de los lugares donde se puede hacer pícnic e ir de pesca.
