Wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus in einem Weiler mit fünf Häusern. Über eine asphaltierte Serpentinenstraße erreichen Sie Ihr Haus, das auf ca. 450 m Höhe liegt. Hinter der roten Tür befindet sich die große, nach Süden gerichtete Terrasse mit bequemer Sitzecke und einigen Liegen. Hier können Sie viele Stunden in der warmen Sonne oder im Schatten der Bäume und des komfortablen Sonnenschirms verbringen. Außerdem verfügen Sie über eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln aus Teakholz, einen Gasgrill und einen Terrassenofen. Neben der Sommerküche mit Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine, befindet sich eine zusätzliche Dusche und ein separates WC. Neben dem Haus liegt der terrassenförmig angelegte, schattige Garten. Der niedriger gelegene, aufstellbare Pool aus Holz und die Hartholzterrasse rund herum wurden Ende des Jahres 2014 vollständig neu gebaut. Der Pool sorgt für eine angenehme Abkühlung und es gibt reichlich Platz, um auf den bequemen Liegestühlen schön zu relaxen. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein terrassenförmiger Privatwald mit 1500 m2. Die großzügige Terrasse bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf die grün aufgeforsteten Berge des Eyrieux Tals, mit dem schäumenden Fluss weiter unten, der den gleichen Namen trägt. Im Fluss Eyrieux können Sie schwimmen und Kanu fahren. Entlang des Ufers gibt es viele Sandstrände.
