Es war früher das Waschhaus in Le Haut-du-Them, einem ehemaligen Textildorf; ruhig und klein, mit einigen Basiseinrichtungen wie einem Bäcker und Lebensmittelhändler. Sie befinden sich hier im Naturpark 'Ballon des Vosges': prächtige Wälder und Seen bieten viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Radfahren in einer hügeligen Umgebung. Komfortables Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten (nicht eingezäunt). Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Südterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill, an der Seite eine überdachte Terrasse. Die gründliche Renovierung hat zu einem besonders gepflegten und farbenfrohen Haus geführt. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit bequemem Sofa, Holzofen und Tür zur Terrasse. Offene Küche mit Mikrowelle und Esstisch. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Obergeschoss: Schlafzimmer 1, geräumiges Dachgeschosszimmer mit Holzbalkendecke: ein Doppelbett, ein großes Einzelbett (1,10 m) und TV. Waschmaschine. Der Ballon d'Alsace ist ein prächtiger Berg, den man erklimmen kann. Unterwegs werden Sie mit schönen Ausblicken belohnt. Auch mit dem Auto können Sie bis auf den Gipfel fahren und die fantastische Aussicht genießen. Vom Dorf aus sind 3 schöne Wanderrouten ausgeschildert. In dieser Umgebung sind die vielen Wasserfälle es mehr als wert, besichtigt zu werden. Natürlich darf auch ein Besuch in einem der Kurorte in Luxeuil-les-Bains (33 km) oder Plombières-les-Bains (48 km) nicht fehlen. In Ronchamp (26 km) können Sie den architektonischen Höhepunkt des bekannten Architekten Corbusier bewundern. Belfort (42 km) mit der prächtigen Zitadelle ist zur Abwechlung auch sicher einen Besuch wert. Hier gibt es auch verschiedene Geschäfte und gute Restaurants.

D'antan un lavoir à Le Haut-du-Them, anciennement un village du textile, tranquille et petit, avec quelques services de base comme un boulanger et un épicier. Vous êtes ici dans le parc naturel 'Ballon des Vosges' : de magnifiques forêts et des lacs qui vous proposent des randonnées à pied ou à vélo dans les environs vallonnés. Maison de vacances confortable avec un jardin agréable (non clôturé). Devant la maison se trouve une terrasse orientée au sud avec meubles de jardin et barbecue, sur le côté se trouve une terrasse couverte. La rénovation complète de la maison a permis de la rendre particulièrement soignée et colorée. Salon confortable avec canapé, poêle à bois et porte donnant sur la terrasse. Cuisine ouverte avec micro-ondes et table à manger. Salle de bains avec douche et toilettes. Le Ballon d'Alsace est une magnifique montagne qui peut être escaladée, et pendant ce parcours vous êtes gâté par les magnifiques panoramas. En voiture aussi vous pouvez pratiquement rejoindre la cime et jouir des merveilleux paysages. Sortant du village, on a dessiné 3 jolis itinéraires. Dans cette region, les nombreuses cascades valent la peine visiter. Vous ne pouvez évidemment pas manquer une visite à un des lieux de cure thermale à Luxeuil-les-Bains (33 km) ou Plombières-les-Bains (48 km). À Ronchamp (26 km) vous pouvez admirer un des chefs d'oeuvre du célèbre architecte Le Corbusier.
