Das Haus liegt am Rand des Dorfes an der Hauptstraße, die zum See von Bütgenbach führt. Der See ist weniger als 3 km entfernt und ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch zahlreiche Langlauf- und Alpinskipisten. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses befinden sich mehrere Spielplätze, einer davon in nur 200 Meter Entfernung. Ideal für die Kinder! Letztere können auch ohne jedes Risiko in dem von einem Zaun umgebenen und auf der Straßenseite nur vom Haus aus zugänglichen Garten spielen. Der Vennbahn" Radweg, welcher 125 km Radwege auf den ehemaligen Bahntrassen Ostbelgiens zu bieten hat, führt ganz in der Nähe des Hauses vorbei.
