This two-storeyed, peaceful holiday home is situated in Val Casarino, a side valley of Val di Pur, in only 900 m distance from Lake Ledro. It has 5 bedrooms, each with big windows that allow ample sunlight in the house. It is a cozy stay for 12 persons and 2 pets, which are allowed on request. A short walk of 900 m through the wood will lead you to the lake. At about 500 m, you will find the new art project, Ledro Land Art, and at 300 m, you can find places to enjoy a Pizza or other local specialties or only have a tennis match. For wild berries, jams, fruit syrups, and cosmetics, you may visit Azienda Agricola Bosc del Meneghi, 6 km away. The house boasts of a big garden, equipped with playing equipment for children, tables, chairs, and barbecue for the guests. Inside of the garden there is a parking area for the car. Note: If the guest does not arrive at the facility at the scheduled time and not notified in advance that they have a problem and arrive late they will be charged a penalty to be borne by the guest.

Un corto paseo de 900 m de la madera lo llevará al lago. A unos 500 m, encontrará el nuevo proyecto de arte, Ledro Land Art y a 300 M, puede encontrar lugares para disfrutar de una pizza u otras especialidades locales o solo tener un partido de tenis. Para bayas silvestres, mermeladas, jarabes de frutas y cosméticos, puede visitar Azienda Agricola Bosc del Meneghi, a 6 km. La casa se jacta de un gran jardín, equipado con equipos de juego para niños, mesas, sillas y barbacoa para los huéspedes. Dentro del jardín hay un área de estacionamiento para el auto. Nota: Si el huésped no llega a la instalación a la hora prevista y no se le notifica con antelación que tiene un problema y llega tarde se le cobrará una penalización a cargo del huésped.

La casa dispone di 2 appartamenti ed è circondata da un ampio giardino con giochi per bambini, tavoli, sedie e grill a disposizione degli ospiti. All’interno del giardino è possibile parcheggiare la propria auto. Il giardino è attrezzato con grill, tavoli, sedie, sdraie, giochi per bambini e posteggio auto. Una breve passeggiata nel bosco collega la casa Piva al lago, che è raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi ed in bici. Nei dintorni troviamo l’azienda agricola “Bosc del Meneghi” dove si coltivano piccoli frutti ed erbe officinali secondo il metodo biologico e biodinamico, a ca. 500m il percorso d’arte ambientale “Ledro Land Art” ed a soli 300m l’hotel Maroni dove è possibile mangiare una gustosa pizza, assaggiare i piatti tipici locali o semplicemente concedersi una partita a tennis. Nota: se l'ospite non si presenta alla struttura all'orario previsto e non viene avvisato in anticipo di un problema e arriva in ritardo, gli verrà addebitata una penale a carico dell'ospite.

Het huis bestaat uit 2 appartementen (welke hier gezamenlijk worden aangeboden) met een grote gedeelde tuin welke is voorzien van alle gemakken, denk hierbij aan tafels, stoelen en een barbecue. Maar ook speeltoestellen voor de kinderen, zullen hier niet ontbreken. Een korte wandeling door het bos leidt u naar het mooie Ledromeer (Lago di Ledro), dat is gemakkelijk toegankelijk te voet of per fiets. Voor verdere uitstapjes ligt er in de omgeving een boerderij waar bessen en medische planten worden geteeld volgens de biologisch-dynamische methoden. Verder vindt je op ongeveer 500 m afstand het nieuwe kunstproject "Ledro Land Art", en op 300 m afstand ligt Hotel Maroni waar u kunt genieten van een overheerlijke italiaanse pizza of andere lokale specialiteiten.
