Questo bellissimo appartamento si trova in una tenuta in mezzo agli Appennini con vista sulle colline circostanti e sul lago di Montedoglio. La parte più antica della tenuta è una torre medievale che risale al 1400. La tenuta è vicina al luogo di nascita del famoso artista Michelangelo. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di un fienile restaurato. L'arredamento è suggestivo e il soffitto con travi in legno aggiunge un'atmosfera calda. Sulla veranda privata di fronte all'appartamento si può sedere all'esterno parzialmente coperto e godere della vista sulle colline toscane. La piscina offre refrigerio nei giorni caldi. La caratteristica più sorprendente di questa "casa vacanze" è la veranda all'ingresso, che ombreggia la parte anteriore dell'edificio e permette di sedersi al tavolo esterno rilassandosi senza dover aprire o chiudere gli ombrelli.
