Dieses Haus befindet sich direkt vor dem lebendigen Dorf Capoliveri (Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants). Vom Garten des Hauses geht man durch einen privaten Weg zu Ihrem eigenen privaten Felsen, von dem Sie mit schritte das Wasser in can. Und wenn Sie nicht schwimmen wollen, sondern einfach nur ruhig von das Aussicht genießen woll, gibt es mehrere Terrassen mit comfortabale Stühlen um ruhig ein Buch zu lesen. Sie sind nur 20 Minuten laufen vom Zentrum von Capoliveri oder 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Jeden Donnerstag gibt es einen Wochenmarkt und in der Hochsaison gibt es mehrere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Es ist auch sehr kinderfreundlich wie das Haus selbst, die einen Ping-Pong-Tisch hat, wo die Kinder mit spielen können. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert um die Größe der Insel zu berücksichtigen. Das Haus hat viele Vorteile, aber ein Nachteil. Wie viele Inseln in Italien, sind die Wasserlinien nicht sehr aktuell. Die Toilette ist alt, schnell verstopft, so müssen wir Sie leider bitten, das Toilettenpapier in einen Abfallbehälter zu werfen.
Cette maison est située juste à l'extérieur du village animé de Capoliveri (boutiques, bars et restaurants). Du jardin de la maison vous allez par un chemin privé à votre propre roche privée avec des marches pour prendre des délicieuses bains de mer. Et si vous ne voulez pas nager, mais juste profiter tranquillement de la vue il y a plusieurs terrasses avec des chaises comfortabales, très agréable pour enfin lire un livre. Vous êtes à 20 minutes à pied du centre de Capoliveri ou 10 minutes en voiture. Chaque jeudi matin, il y a un marché et pendant la haute saison, il y a plusieurs options de divertissement. La maison est également très adapté aux enfants et il y a une table de ping-pong. La maison a de nombreux avantages, mais un inconvénient. Comme souvent sur les nombreuses îles en Italie, la plomberie n'est pas très à jour. Donc il faudra jeter le papier toilette dans un conteneur à déchets.

Se non si vuole fare il bagno si può stare semplicemente a godersi la vista da una delle terrazze arredate con comode sedie, ideali per leggere un libro e rilassarsi. Vi trovate a soli 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Capoliveri o 10 minuti di auto. Ogni Giovedi mattina c'è un mercato settimanale e durante l'alta stagione ci sono diverse opzioni di intrattenimento. La casa è anche adatta ai bambini e dispone di un tavolo da ping pong dove i più piccoli potranno divertirsi. Una macchina è consigliata, visto le dimensioni dell'isola. La casa ha molti vantaggi, ma uno svantaggio. Come si addice a molte delle isole, in Italia, le tubature sono vecchie. La toilette è vecchia, spesso si intasa, quindi purtroppo dobbiamo chiedere la cortesia di gettare la carta nel contenitore dei rifiuti.

Dit huis ligt net even buiten het levendige dorpje Capoliveri (winkels, bars en restaurants). Vanuit de tuin van het huis ga je via een privè paadje naar je eigen privé rots van waaruit je met een trapje het water in kunt. En als je niet wilt zwemmen maar gewoon rustig van het uitzicht wilt genieten zijn er verschillende terrassen met comfortabale stoelen om lekker een boekje in te lezen. Je bent 20 minuten lopen van het centrum van Capoliveri of 10 minuten met auto. Elke donderdagochtend is er een weekmarkt en tijdens het hoogseizoen zijn er diverse uitgaansmogelijkheden. Het is ook zeer kindvriendelijk net als het huis zelf dat een ping pong tafel heeft waar de kids zich mee kunnen vermaken. Het huis heeft vele voordelen, maar één nadeel. Zoals het vele eilanden in Italië betaamd, zijn de leidingen niet erg bij de tijd. De WC is oud, verstopt snel, waardoor we u helaas moeten vragen het WC papier in een afvalbakje te gooien.
