Faszinierende Gebäude etwa 150 Jahre alt, komplett im Jahr 2016 renoviert, ist von anderen Wohnungen getrennt. Die südliche Fassade, Blick auf den See, ist mit einem wertvollen Fresko Datierung geschmückt bis in die Mitte "800. Es verfügt über einen großen hölzernen Balkon (5,5 m2, ausgestattet Tisch und Stühle) mit Blick auf den Pool unten und genießt einen einzigartigen Ausblick über den See Como und ein guter Teil der Berge von der in der Nähe von Valtellina. der Blick schweift über eine herrliche Landschaft mehrere Kilometer erweitert. die gleiche atemberaubende Aussicht angenehm ist auch aus dem Wohnzimmer und andere Räume des Hauses. die Decken, teilweise schräg und aus Holz , den Räumen eine besonders warme und einladende Erscheinungsbild. Sonnenterrasse : mit anderen Gästen geteilt. Das Haus ist von der Parkebene, die sich innerhalb des Grundstücks befindet, über einen kürzlich installierten Aufzug (2019) oder über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Der Privatparkplatz ist von der darüber liegenden Straße (Provinzstraße) über eine kurze, ziemlich steile Rampe erreichbar. Vom Aufzug zum Eingang gibt es einige Stufen Die Aufenthaltstaxe gilt nur für Gäste über 14 Jahre und für die ersten 10 Tage ihres Aufenthalts. Eine bei der Buchung geleistete Überzahlung wird vor Ort zurückerstattet. Die Nebenkosten vom 20.10. bis 10.4. beziehen sich auf die Heizung und werden zusätzlich zu den Nebenkosten von 6 Euro pro Person/Nacht berechnet.

La fachada sur, con vistas al lago, está adornada con una valiosa que data del fresco de nuevo a la mitad "800. Cuenta con un gran balcón de madera (5,5 m2, equipado mesa y sillas) con vistas a la piscina de abajo y disfruta de unas inmejorables vistas sobre el lago de Como y una buena parte de las montañas de la cerca de Valtellina. la mirada barre sobre un magnífico escenario extendió varios kilómetros. la misma vista impresionante es agradable incluso desde la sala de estar y otras habitaciones de la casa. los techos, en parte en pendiente y está hecho de madera , que da a las habitaciones un aspecto particularmente cálido y acogedor. Se puede acceder a la casa desde el nivel de aparcamiento, situado dentro de la propiedad, a través de un ascensor recientemente instalado (2019), o a través de escaleras externas. A la zona de aparcamiento privado se accede desde la carretera de arriba (carretera provincial) a través de una rampa corta y bastante empinada. Desde el ascensor hasta la entrada hay algunos escalones La tasa de estancia sólo se aplica a los huéspedes mayores de 14 años y durante los 10 primeros días de estancia. Cualquier pago en exceso realizado en el momento de la reserva se reembolsará in situ. Il dispose d'un grand balcon en bois (5,5 m2, table équipée et chaises) donnant sur la piscine ci-dessous et bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur le lac de Côme et une bonne partie des montagnes du proche Valtellina. le regard balaie un paysage magnifique étendue de plusieurs kilomètres. le même point de vue à couper le souffle est agréable même de la salle de séjour et d'autres pièces de la maison. les plafonds, en partie en pente et en bois , donnant aux chambres un aspect particulièrement chaleureux et accueillant. Terrasse au soleil: partagé avec d'autres clients. La maison est accessible depuis le niveau du parking, situé dans la propriété, par un ascenseur récemment installé (2019), ou par des escaliers extérieurs. On accède au parking privé depuis la route située en amont (route provinciale) par une rampe courte et assez raide. De l'ascenseur à l'entrée, il y a quelques marches. La taxe de séjour n'est applicable que pour les clients âgés de plus de 14 ans et pour les 10 premiers jours de leur séjour. Tout paiement excédentaire effectué au moment de la réservation sera remboursé sur place. Les frais de service du 20/10 au 10/4 concernent le chauffage et s'ajoutent aux frais de service de 6 euros par personne/nuit.
Affascinante sntica costruzione di circa 150 anni, completamente ristrutturata nel 2016, separata da altre abitazioni. La facciata meridionale prospiciente il lago, abbellita da un pregevole affresco risalente a metà '800, presenta un ampio balcone in legno (5,5 m2, attrezzato di tavolino e sedie) che domina la piscina sottostante e che gode di una vista impareggiabile su tutto il lago di Como e su buona parte delle montagne della Valtellina. Lo sguardo può spaziare su un magnifico scenario esteso parecchie decine di chilometri. Lo stesso incantevole panorama è godibile anche dal soggiorno e dagli altri locali della casa. I soffitti, in parte mansardati e realizzati in legno, conferiscono agli ambienti un aspetto particolarmente caldo e accogliente. Terrazzo prendisole (solarium) in comune con altri ospiti. La casa è raggiungibile dal piano parcheggio, situato all'interno della proprietà, tramite un ascensore recentemente installato (2019), oppure tramite scale esterne. Al parcheggio privato interno, si accede dalla sovrastante strada (provinciale) percorrendo una breve rampa abbastanza ripida.
