In the pleasant village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find the "Residenz Edelalm", a small apartment complex built in 2016. The cable car to the "SkiWelt" ski area is only a few minutes away. Here you can take the lift to the Westendorf ski area or on the other side to the High Brixen ski area. The ski bus stops right outside the door. The "Tanzer" descent (1c) ends a few dozen meters from the flat. The railway station is a short distance away. Flat Top 2 is located on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet. A large, sunny balcony with a sitting area runs along the entire back of the house (facing south!). The flat has its own room with a washing machine and dryer, and it is possible to store skis and ski boots. Parking/charging station: Top 2 has 2 parking spaces, one of which is under a carport with its own charging station for electric cars. This can be used in consultation with the caretaker. Die Seilbahn zum Skigebiet "SkiWelt" ist nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Hier können Sie den Lift zum Skigebiet Westendorf oder auf der anderen Seite zum Skigebiet High Brixen nehmen. Der Skibus hält praktisch vor der Haustür. Die Abfahrt "Tanzer" (1c) endet ein paar Dutzend Meter von der Ebene entfernt. Der Bahnhof befindet sich in kurzer Entfernung. Die Wohnung Top 2 befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer mit Toilette, sowie eine zusätzliche separate Toilette. Ein großer, sonniger Balkon mit Sitzecke verläuft entlang des gesamten hinteren Teils des Hauses (nach Süden ausgerichtet!). Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Raum mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner, in dem auch Skier und Skischuhe aufbewahrt werden können. Parkplatz/Ladestation: Top 2 verfügt über 2 Parkplätze, einer davon unter einem Carport mit einer eigenen Ladestation für Elektroautos. Diese kann in Absprache mit dem Hausmeister genutzt werden. Die Kosten für das Aufladen von Elektro- oder Hybridautos sind immer verbrauchsabhängig und werden separat auf der Grundlage der in Österreich geltenden Preise berechnet. Le tariffe di ricarica per le auto elettriche o ibride si basano sempre sul consumo e vengono calcolate separatamente sulla base dei prezzi austriaci. Het appartement Top 2 ligt op de begane grond. Een trap en een lift zijn beschikbaar om u naar de eigen (ski/was) ruimte te brengen. Er zijn drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers met een toilet, evenals een extra, aparte toilet. Langs de gehele achterkant van het huis (op het zuiden!) loopt een groot zonnig balkon met een zitje. Het appartement beschikt over een eigen (ski/was) ruimte met een wasmachine, wasdroger, skiberging en skischoenverwarmer. Parkeerplaatsen/Oplaadstation: Top 2 heeft 2 parkeerplaatsen, waarvan 1 onder een carport met een eigen oplaadstation voor elektrische auto’s. Ten przestronny apartament jest częścią kompleksu \"Residenz Edelalm\", wybudowanego w 2016 roku. Kolejka linowa do ośrodka narciarskiego "SkiWelt" znajduje się zaledwie kilka minut od hotelu. Można stąd wjechać wyciągiem na teren narciarski Westendorf lub z drugiej strony na teren narciarski High Brixen. Autobus dla narciarzy zatrzymuje się tuż przed drzwiami. Zjazd "Tanzer" (1c) kończy się kilkadziesiąt metrów od mieszkania. Stacja kolejowa znajduje się w niewielkiej odległości. Mieszkanie Top 2 znajduje się na parterze. Znajdują się tam trzy sypialnie i dwie łazienki z toaletą, a także oddzielna dodatkowa toaleta. Duży, słoneczny balkon z częścią wypoczynkową biegnie wzdłuż całego tyłu domu (od strony południowej!). Mieszkanie ma własne pomieszczenie z pralką i suszarką, w którym można przechowywać narty i buty narciarskie. Parking/stacja ładowania: Top 2 ma 2 miejsca parkingowe, z których jedno znajduje się pod wiatą z własną stacją ładowania samochodów elektrycznych. Można z niej korzystać w porozumieniu z dozorcą.
