Het ski- en wandelgebied ligt op een paar minuten rijden met de auto of skibus. Hier kun je de lift richting Westendorf of richting Hochbrixen in Tirol nemen. Je kunt hierna bijna skiënd het appartement bereiken via de Tanzer dalafdaling. In de zomer kan men heerlijk wandelen, mountainbiken en wellicht geniet je van het prachtige uitzicht tijdens een paraglide-vlucht! Het Sport Hotel Brixen bevindt zich naast het appartement. Hier kun je een tennisbaan of e-bike huren, zwemmen of gebruik maken van het ontbijt, lunch en diner.
