Schöne restaurierte Haus des 19. Jahrhunderts in einem hübschen Dorf inmitten der Natur gelegen. Seine ursprünglichen Steinmauern und rustikalen Stil verbindet sich perfekt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Alle Zimmer im Haus befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und sind voll behindertengerecht für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität, inklusive Zugang zum Pool. Das Haus besteht aus einer schönen rustikalen Küche mit Kamin, einem Esszimmer mit schönen originalen Familienmöbeln und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Klavier und gemütlichem Sofabereich. Die vier Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badzimmer sind im Detail eingerichtet und haben direkten Zugang zum den wunderschönen Garten, in dem sich eine spektakuläre Veranda mit Grill und einem sehr originalen Tisch befindet. Für die Kinder gibt es einen schönen Teil des Gartens mit Spielplatz, ein Obstgarten mit saisonalen Produkten, einen kleinen Bauernhof mit Tieren und kostenlose Fahrräder für die ganze Familie. Nicht weiter weg ist die fantastische Stadt Girona mit ihrer spektakulären Kathedrale und Altstadt und nur 25 Minuten entfernt von den wunderschönen Stränden der Costa Brava und den mittelalterlichen Dörfern.
Preciosa casa del siglo XIX completamente restaurada, en un encantador pueblo rodeado de naturaleza. Sus paredes originales de piedra y el estilo rústico combina perfectamente con todas las comodidades. Todas las estancias de la casa se encuentran en planta baja y adaptadas completamente para personas con movilidad reducida, incluso el acceso a la piscina. Consta de una bonita cocina rustica con chimenea, un comedor con preciosos muebles originales de la familia y una gran sala con chimenea de cristal, piano y cómodos sillones para un buen descanso. Las cuatro habitaciones, con baño privado están decoradas al detalle, tienen acceso directo al bonito jardín, en el cual hay un espectacular porche con su barbacoa y una mesa muy original. Para los más pequeños en una parte del jardín hay una zona de juegos, un huerto con productos de temporada, una pequeña granja con animales y bicicletas gratuitas disponibles para toda la familia. A poca distancia está la fantástica ciudad de Girona con su espectacular catedral y barrio antiguo, a 25 minutos las preciosas playas de la Costa Brava y sus bonitos pueblos medievales.

Toutes les chambres de la maison sont au rez-de-chaussée et entièrement adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite, compris l'accès à la piscine. Très original pour les enfants une belle partie du jardin il y a une aire de jeux, un jardin avec des produits de saison, une petite ferme avec des animaux et des vélos disponibles pour toute la famille. A 5m. est la magnifique ville de Girone avec sa cathédrale spectaculaire et le centre ville, a 25 mn. les belles plages de la Costa Brava et ses beaux villages médiévaux.

De originele stenen muren en de rustieke stijl past perfect bij alle voorzieningen. Alle kamers in de woning zijn op de begane grond en volledig aangepast voor mensen met een beperkte mobiliteit zo ook de toegang tot het zwembad. Er is een mooie keuken met open haard, een eetkamer met prachtige originele meubilair van vroeger en een grote woonkamer met een originele glazen open haard in het midden van de kamer en comfortabele sofa’s. De vier kamers met eigen badkamer zijn ingericht met alle details en hebben direct toegang tot de prachtige tuin.
