Ob im Sommer oder im Winter, Neuhausen mit seinen vielen Ortsteilen ist ein ausgezeichnetes Erholungsgebiet. Im Winter laden über 40km gespurte Loipen und viel Wege zum Skiwandern ein. In der Nähe befinden sich auch verschiedene Skigebiete für Ski Alpin. Im Sommer bieten die weiten Täler und Wälder des Erzgebirges die besten Voraussetzungen für Ihre Erholung und Entspannung. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar an der Talsperre Rauschenbach. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail mit modernen Möbeln eingerichtet und befindet sich im Erdgeschoß des Hauses (in dem sich auch noch eine weitere Ferienwohnung befindet). Der Zugang ist stufenlos erreichbar. Gerade richtig zum Relaxen und Wohlfühlen. Im Garten befindet sich auch ein Grillpaltz. Die Städte Dresden (59 km) und Prag (128 km) sind für Tagesausflüge sehr gut erreichbar und immer eine Reise wert.

De prachtige wandel- en fietsomgeving nodigt uit tot sportieve ontspanning in de natuur. Voor de rustzoekers is het zeker een aanrader. Zowel in de zomer als in de winter is Neuhausen, gelegen in deelstaat Saksen, een uitstekend recreatiegebied. In de winter nodigen de meer dan 40 km aangelegde loipen en talrijke paden uit tot langlaufen. In de omgeving bevinden zich ook verschillende skigebieden. De steden Dresden (59 km) en Praag (128 km) zijn zeer goed bereikbaar voor daguitstapjes. De vakantiewoning is met veel liefde ingericht met modern meubilair. Het bevindt zich op de begane grond van het huis (waarin ook nog een andere vakantiewoning is). De ingang is bereikbaar zonder trappen. In de tuin bevindt zich ook een barbecue. De douche is aangepast voor mindervaliden.
